Bad smell

The hotel room smelled bad and the elevator smelled like rotten eggs. We were told there would be fresh popcorn in lobby but there was very little cold popcorn or none. Breakfast was good though.

The hotel staff was very good. They seemed to do everything possible to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel has a nice breakfast and free parking. If the traffic is good, the French quarter is about 15 min away.

Great deal on this Holiday Inn

Great place to stay. Away from loud downtown crowds. Easy and quick to drive to downtown areas, only ten minutes. Breakfast included and clean areas. Limited parking and not heatedto findthe entrance at first! Overall great stay! They did give me two beds when i booked a king with Expedia but I didn't mind it.

Pros: Good location with plenty of close by restaurants in walking distance of hotel
Hotel room was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly and courteous

Disappointed

The bathroom towel had hair, many of the floor tiles were cracked, the a/c didnt properly cool the room. Wouldnt stay again

Brand new luxurious mattresses, & hard/soft pillow

Pros: Price was good and ideal to have Copeland’s Restaurant next door. Good drinks and food!
Front desk staff very pleasant, and helpful. We all had a perfect experience.

Nice hotel

The hotel and staff was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the first night of our stay we didn't get any sleep (after a 7 hour drive) because our neighbors upstairs were very noisy. The second night they were also noisy, but it wasn't as bad as the first night.
