“I had many bed bug bites”

“I needed this motel room so that I could go to Chicago for business, but for somewhere to sleep at night and spend part of my morning, this place did the trick. I did not have an issue with my room at all and the staff was willing to answer whatever question I had.”

“Basic needs met. Safe, kind and respectful, fridge, microwave, ac/heat, bed, shower. No Elevator - problematic, if your bags or life are heavy. If you smoke they allow it in your bed, not all too many remaining, smoke your heart out. Fantastic restaurant/bar front door 20 feet from the hotel front door.”

“We arrived at the property around 11PM and there was no one at the reception even though it should open 24h. We waited for more than 30 minutes (I also called 5 times), we gave up and went to the gas station next door when I received a call back from them. Checked in and our room smelled like weed even though it should be non-smoking.”

“After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room, the comfortable bedroom and clean hallways. I would recommend!”

“The place is okay for staying, especially for families, but the bathrooms did not feel very professional or well-maintained. The breakfast could also be much better. I waited a long time for my refundable security deposit, and I still have not received it, which was disappointing. Parking is good, but the outdoor stairway areas were not very clean. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.”

“This is hands down the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. The room itself was filthy, heavily infested with cockroaches, and had a terrible odor. To make matters worse, the plumbing barely functions, leaving the room with absolutely no water pressure. The service was equally appalling. The man at the front desk was incredibly hostile, aggressive, and misogynistic. Beyond the terrible conditions, there is a deeply concerning situation happening here. The motel appears to have an……
