I would have loved to go swimming but the water and the area was cold. It's February so it would feel nice if it was warm. The hot tub saved it for me. That is great.

They charge extra for pets. They charged us 200. for security deposit, and wont give it back until next week? We have already checked out and room is fine, money should be reimbursed right away. Doors to outside do not lock. Clerk was rude on check in, not friendly. pool and hot tub were nice, room was clean overall, bed smelled like cigars.

We regret that the extra charge for the pet was a surprise, as was the authorization (Not a charge) of the 200 security deposit, which was informed to you at the time you made your reservation and you accepted. At the time of check-in, you were again explained about the authorization on your card and you agree one more time, which is released the same day you check out but which takes 5-7 business days depending on your bank.Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.

The room was average, beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed some updating, tub looked old, and needed grouting. Poor lighting in the bathroom also.

The breakfast menu is the same every single morning. Not to mention, no bacon included. Charlotte at the front desk was nice to us. Can’t say the same for another gentleman who refused to refill the waffle mix which ran out before breakfast time ended

Modern furnishings, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast good. Did not utilize indoor pool. Excellent location and comfortable pillows. Nice television. Excellent drinking water, convenient 24 hour coffee and tea station in the lobby.

For the most part, this was friendly comfortable and convenient day. I stayed two different nights and both times the staff exceedingly nice except for the second time the man who was at The front desk, who was very unfriendly. The breakfast was great. The place was comfortable and safe. The room and bathroom seemed like they need renovation, however, they were very clean.

The location of downtown Hyannis City was great. Except for the size of the TV in the room the rest was average. The free breakfast should be improved (No fruit, scrambled eggs awful).
