Uncomfortable and noisy
Posted Jul 30, 2016
We booked a room as a couple, but got to single beds, which we then had to push together we some difficulty.
At breakfast, it was disorganized and none of the 3 days we stayed there were there a clean table when we came to eat breakfast. We had to push the dirty cups and plates to one end of the table, but at no point during our breakfast was it cleared by staff. At no point were we asked if we would like coffee or tea, and there were nobody there to welcome us and show us to a table and check our room number (which means we could have walked in from the street and eat breakfast for free).
The fitness room was very outdated, there were fungus on the wall, and half of the machines was'nt working properly (I didnt check the cardio-machines).
The bathroom was a hidious 70's brown, indicating that it have been several years since last renovation.
When we booked the room online, it said "free wifi", but when we connected our devices the download speed was so extremly slow that most of the times we simply gave up on connecting to ex. Facebook and checking mails. There are also a max on 3 devices being able to connect pr. room, which means we couldnt connect with both smartphones and Ipad at the same time (we were 2 adults travelling with one child).
The staff in reception however was friendly, efficient and helpfull.
