The room is smaller than expected, too tight for 4 adults. The hotel is right next to a busy train hub so expect noises throughout. Location is excellent, close to subway entrance in very central Tokyo. Kitchen is not really operational, more like a small sink with a decent size fridge. Love the clothes washer/dryer combo.

Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are modern, clean, and much larger than typical Tokyo accommodations. Having an in-room kitchen and washing machine made our stay so convenient. It’s located in a peaceful area but super easy to walk to Ginza or catch the metro. Friendly staff and hassle-free check-in. 10/10!

"The property was very clean and the staff were very kind and polite! We went down most mornings for the breakfast! There is a bar right there that you can every day sit from 5:30 to 6:30 for happy hour and have free beer! Everything there is kinda on this small side in Japan, but the rooms large ..."
