The room in general is clean. The toilet not so with stains. I booked this hotel due to all other hotels in the town area fully booked. This hotel is in the middle of no where location wise.

New clean and comfortable rooms. No amenities or little given, no hot water boiler in the room. Far from the heart of activities and no shuttle service. You can take Grab which is no problem.

I like that they have family rooms with proper beds unlike other hotels which provide roll-up mattresses. Price is also reasonable and they have a mini-mart right at the hotel.

About the bathroom
Bathroom space is too small for a standard triple room. The water pressure for the shower is too low. Although there have a water dispenser but only have hot water.

I lost my thing when I store my luggage at lobby. Because of the lazy staff, let guess store their luggage by their own in the store room. Someone Is open my luggage & stole my thing. I only notice my thing lost when I back to Malaysia.

Worth it
It was a pretty good hotel. The room was well maintained and quite comfortable and clean. The staff were generally friendly. However, it is a little bit remote, so you have to walk some distance to find the hotel. Still, the local transport (tuk tuks) are affordable and can easily bring us to the hotel cheaply. Overall the hotel is worth it for its price.

The room was clean. But the bed was a bit too hard and cause discomforts. There were no in room tea or coffee and no hairdryer as well. Location is a bit far from the city.

I stayed in a triple room. The room is huge and come with a balcony. It's clean and neat. The hotel staff are friendly. The only disadvantage of the hotel is it is a bit far from downtown and not much of shops around. If you don't have your own transportation, you will have to pay more for it.

It was pleasant but not as comfortable as expected. The beds were almost as hard as floor planks and the pillows were solid latex which gave me and my 3 other friends stiff necks.
