Budget hotel with rustic charm

Posted Oct 18, 2016 on Hotels
This is a basic, value for money motel with rustic charm. Our room was called Wild Horses with lots of pictures of horses on the walls. There is no restaurant and no breakfast provided and eating places in Hatch are very limited (especially Sundays) and they close early in the evenings. It is fine for an overnight stay.

SORELY LACKING

Good location, not at all comfortable. Would not recommend at the price. Shower was moldy, Cowboy room next to office had people walking by, looking in, and talking constantly.

Not what I expected.

The bathroom killed it for me as it was just too small. Sheets were clean but room had months of dust along walls and behind bed.

Find a diiferent motel.

Very disappointing. Heater made a loud banging noise and we needed to turn it off to sleep. Hot water in the shower was lacking warmth. Fan in the bathroom was extremely loud. Hotel.com rating was way over stated. Should have been a 2 out of 5.

Great value

Very good value for the price. Basic toiletries and towels are provided, clean, laundry available and friendly property manager. The nearby town Hatch has a couple of decent food places to eat at and only 20min drive to the Bryce entrance

Great hotel close to many great places.

Pros: The beds
Cons: Manager on site all the time.
Location: Bryce Canyon and many other parks.
Room was very good, great bed, bath a little small but workable. Very clean, very quiet area.
