There was no remote for the TV and when I got the universal remote from front desk the tv could not locate any digital nor analog channels on both the tvs in the room. Half the lights were burnt out or had bugs/debris in the bulbs. The tub had stains on them where I barely felt safe letting the kids take a shower. The sheets had a black foot print with stains on the other sheets. The overall smell was horrible just walking in the place since there is no central A/C present. there wasn’t even soap or shampoo to take a tub causing another trip to the local CVS. Horrible experience and this place doesn’t deserve one star and the health department should be closing this place down soon cause I couldn’t name one positive thing from this experience

Lots of renovation materials in various areas, breakfast most horrible- bad coffee, soured creamer, no milk for cereal, brown orange juice, few choices. The room was clean. Only three pillows with pillow cases, two others with no cases. Outside doors not always locked for our safety. Hallways smelled like cigar/cigarette smoke. Individuals loitering out back.

Well for the price it was terrible.The breakfast was not anything they didn’t make but one thing of coffee for people. When it was out no one come to make new. Do not forget you soap and shampoo cause if you do they do not have complementary. The room was clean but stair well and hallway needed lots of work. Bed was hard there was a spot in bedroom floor that felt like there was a hole covered up. Lesson learned 100 dollars now a days is like 39.99 in the 90s just go ahead and spend another 100 and get a better room

Sheets were dirty, told the staff so they put me in a new room. The new room had dirty sheets too, so I asked for my money back and went to a different hotel. Staff was nice though. Just not a good place to stay.

Room smelled terrible! The tables in the room had not been wiped. They had drink and sticky stuff all on them. Some of the lamps didn’t work. The air conditioner would only work on fan! Disappointed!

We booked this place becuase the room was advertised with the jacuzzi. Upon arrival they said that it was more expensive with the jacuzzi even with the price i paid showing the room with jacuzzi. Then there was old soap bar in the shower and the toilet was flooded to the top. Just dealt with it as it was late. Will never stay here again . Horrible experience.

At check in the receptionist was more asleep than awake. The reception smelled really bad, between cigarettes and a cleaner and bathroom. The room was no smoking so it was fine. It looked clean. The place looks old but the room was ok. It was a suit.

Shower was the best thing. Key card locked me out of my room twice. Had to get another one made and the next morning it locked me out. Curtins was abou to fall down and had water spots on the curtins from the AC. You could see there had been a leak in the roof

We needed an overnight stay, this wasn’t the best place. Had a door that went to a storage closet in the extra bed area. A little weird. No breakfast options literally muffins and juice only, milk sitting out on counter was hot and no cereal.

The bed was dirty as if nothing had been changed after the last person stayed. The shower had orange filth built up on the floor and walls inside the shower I had to go buy cleaning products to clean it before I could take a shower. Mildew on the baseboards and night stand. Just really wish I could get my refund.

Don’t waste your money!
The room was disgusting. It smelled of marijuana. The furniture was old and out dated. There were tears in the chairs. The bedding had stains on it. The smoke detector was not installed. There were people up all hours of the night yelling in the hallways.
