Bed bug infestation and poor customer service

We arrived at this motel at 9pm after booking through orbitz. It took them 30 minutes to locate my reservation. While i was waiting the front desk woman, while nice, was extremely unprofessional. She had her cell phone on speaker talking to coworkers and then when the conversation topic became about work again she took it off speaker and continued the conversation.
When we finally got a room, that they already seemed reluctant to give us, I woke up at 2am to my husband freaking out because there were bedbugs all over ours and our kids beds. We left the room immediately and i stood at the front desk and knocked on doors waiting for service and no one came. I tried calling the hotel but our phones had no service until i hopped on wifi at our new motel. When i did get service, i was prompted by an automated system to select 3 for the supervisor whos mailbox was full. I then proceeded to go through orbitz to get my money back and still havent recieved it because they can't seem tk get a hold of anyone. And, of course, this particular hotel isnt managed by Magnuson corporate so they didnt help me much.
Suffice it to say, im extremely angry and want my money back.
