Thanksgiving not happening

On thier website they claim to be pet friendly . But the fine print service animals only, paid $160.00 for a room to have to sleep in my car. Non refundable and very nasty when asked about thier pet policy. When using a mobile app, you cannot always pull up the full list of anemiteis

Exactly What I Needed

Comfortable clean bed, nice staff, bathroom was a little outdated and needs some up-keeping. Overall, a good experience. Front desk called a shuttle to take me to the train which was great. Had trouble sleeping due to noise outside the window and noise from guests in the hallway. Fridge also would turn on at night and make a loud noise, but I'm a light sleeper.

nice hotel

Pros: the friendly staff and cleanliness
Cons: only one elevator working so we had to wait forever going up and down we were on the 7th floor
the hotel staff was very helpful letting us know where to go for good food and things to do

Should tell guests it’s under construction

Walking in the lobby was very nice, staff was nice however as soon as I got off the elevator I was shocked. It smelled like paint. The rooms had printed taped room numbers on the doors. My room the light above it was hanging out of he ceiling and didn’t work. The one elevator wasn’t working. The fridge in my room still had food in there from the previous guest!!! The remote was being held together by tape. You could hear the trucks driving by the whole night. Definitely won’t be staying there again

Awful has to leave

Under renovation had Wall coverings removed with black mold expose on the walls got to the room it’s smelled the whole floor was vacant except for three or four rooms they wrote the room number on a white piece of paper and taped to the door there was no power in the room with mediately close the door went back downstairs and asked for a refund they told us we had to deal with Expedia

Awful Experience

Location: Nice location despite the hotel
TERRIBLE!! WORST hotel experience ever!!! Had a two night weekend stay during which one of two elevators was out of service. We were given a room on the 7th (top) floor and being that the one working elevator was not functioning properly either there were large crowds with long waits resulting in having to take the stairs a number of times. Not the end of the world, places have maintenance. But after walking the stairs over a dozen times my girlfriend, who had suffered a miscarriage only a month ago, was not up to the task anymore. We requested to transfer rooms and mind you this is after hearing them specifically ask a customer in front of us if they wanted a ground room floor. We were told that there was no way to accommodate us!! There wasn’t enough time to clean our room was their excuse despite the fact that I saw the cleaning people on our floor for over an hour afterwards. The only reason I didn’t ask for my money back and leave is I did not want to ruin our weekend even though Holiday Inn Express Hauppauge pretty much did. Their customer service and management couldn’t have cared LESS!! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning. Money better spent elsewhere.AWFUL!!!

This hotel has only two elevators that are extremely slow this stay only one of the elevators were working I paid way two much money for this hotel with one elevators

Close to Cassano restaurant!!

It was fine. Unfortunately one of the elevators didn't work and the pancakes from the free breakfast were kinda rubbery. But what the heck, it was free. The bagels were excellent. And, no problem walking down a flight of stairs. Overall, our stay was great. After all we just spent a couple of nights there, we weren't moving in. And it was great to be away from home.

The room was a little strange, but okay. A little tired, but not dirty. Bathroom tile grout was beat, so it almost felt unclean, but upon further inspection, we decided it was just old. A little cramped for three people (2 queen room), but sufficient. We were visiting the area where one of us grew up and it was easy to access the LIE and get to different areas we needed to visit. Breakfast included was convenient, and was adequate with enough choices to please everyone.
