Other than my card being charged after I done paid and paid a deposit which I’m waiting to get back. The room was good wish it had a microwave, the bathtub was leaky but for the time I needed it for after my surgery it was convenient.

My key stopped working , i went to the desk twice in a row. The desk person came back up with me the 3rd time to “make sure i was at the correct room & doing it right” only to find out that i was correct. Then he told me to stay there and he went back downstairs and came back up with no avail . Then he ended up calling maintenance and they handled it . Building outside needs work for sure . The front doors don’t close and there’s only one door that opens in the front to get out. This place needs help.

Recommended , it was clean and the staff were nice, it's just the check in time and check out. Usual check in time was 3:pm , i checked in at 6 pm but still had to check out at 12. I was told $25 for 1 hour etc, $75 for 2 hours and $100 for 3 hours, other than that they were nice

Had to change rooms twice due to numerous issues. Hotel is a bit rundown and construction had to be done on the two overpasses due to collapses.

The property wasn't well staffed, the bar and cafe were not staffed. Common areas looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Overall did not feel safe. Clientele were sketchy.

Exterior doors remained unlocked to anyone who wanted to get inside. Rust on many metal parts. Non-smoking room had a strong smell of smoke. Grounds are filthy, lots of trash. Generally run down.

There was NO HOT WATER to shower. Pot smoking up and down the several halways I had to walk to my room. There was no cover pad on the ironing board. The hair dryer was dirty. Mold or serious staining in the toilet. The heat could not be controlled. The tv reception was horrible and the picture was larger than the tv screen. No ice in the ice machine. I will never stay here again. And I will be looking for a refund. I checked out at 6:99am just to get out since people were yelling at 1 am 3:38am 4:02am I was wondering if this has turned into a residence hotel? Shame on you Radisson. You use to be a lovely hotel

Rooms were obviously not checked during last house cleaning. Personal items left by previous customer(box of dildos). Cold water showers, white tape covering holes in tub. Don’t call the front desk because no one will answer. Outside of hotel was awful, branches and garbage everywhere.

Hotel was good. Atmosphere was nice. The guy at reception was very inattentive and less responsive. When entered in room, room was nice and clean, no complaint. But TV remote was missing. Tried to call reception but room phone had no information on it where to call. And worst part, room had no water supply. After complaining 3 times in morning we had to leave hotel without shower. Staff did not do anything to provide us hot water.

The place is a dump! The place stunk like sewage, the staff had no idea what to do and the place is falling apart. We had no towels in the room and when we finally received some one of the towels was covered in blood. Avoid this place if you can! Radisson should be embarrassed that this hotel bares its name!

Honestly I waited 5 hours for working room keys only to have you move my room. The man working the desk was very Nice and helpful and understanding and gave me help since I was by myself with 10 bags. The leak on the lobby my friend slipped and fell on and no one helped her up from behind the desk. The venue was too small for the dance competition too many fire hazards with allowing people to stand in doorway

Unfortunately my husband and I would never give a poor review. However, The staff was the only thing good about this hotel. We checked in Friday morning, went to the room which was 83 degrees. We attempted to lower it. We left for our appointment and returned about back at approx. 9:30. The temp in the room still at 83 degrees. We notified front desk who security & maintenance. Could not be fixed. Gave us another room. This room had bathroom sink water backed up as you used it. In the am we could not shower because shower handle was so stuck we couldn't move it. We washed and got out of there quickly. Must say it appeared to me like the "Hotel California".

thing works! The T.V. has very few channels. The ones that did work were fuzzy. The ice machine was broken. The vending machine didnt work the bar, and resteraunt was never open. You have to leave the hotel for everything. I'll never come back, and WILL let all of my business associates know that this place os the worst!. Go to the Holiday Inn across the freeway. I travel to NY weekly for work.womachin

The hotel seems to have good structure but been quite neglected. The bathroom had a leaky faucet and mold around the tub. In fact, there was a leak in the lobby of the hotel. The TV was old with bad connection. Moreover, the hotel seemed to be understaffed.

We stayed here because of the name. It was the worst stay ever. The key cards didn’t work and we had to wait 4 hrs. For the key resetter to change. The bathroom toilet was clogged maintenance came and “unclogged” it, no tissues anywhere in the hotel. The heat did not work, maintenance came back and the hot water was turned off in the ceiling. There was mold in the vents and in the bathtub. On the two double beds, you could feel the springs in the mattress. Some of the pillows did not have pillow cases. There were leaks all over the hotel. The carpet in the pool area was soaked from the water leaking from the ceiling. The whole hotel had a musty order and smelled of marijuana. The smell of marijuana also came through our vents. The pool bathroom had mold. Missing ceiling tiles and paint peeling off the walls. Also even though we had a space for a refrigerator, there was no fridge. When we inquired, it was an extra charge. I would never stay at this location again. Worst hotel stay ever.
