Look elsewhere!

Didn't enjoy my stay at all. Was overcharged for a horrible room. Telling the staff didn't help either because they were very rude and didn't care. The only thing that sucks you into this hotel is the lobby but trust me everything beyond that point is terrible.

Cold water shower

Dirty and falling apart

Pros: Nothing
This was one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed out. The carpet was stained and coming apart. The entire hotel felt old and dirty. We cancelled our second night here.

Comfort all the way

Everything was excellent except the gym was under construction and they don’t early service to the airport room was great hotel was clean I think carpets should be updates

SHERATON BECOMES A RADISSON

Pros: Lobby was a huge and impressive space. We were welcomed with hot chocolate and a friendly staff member.
Cons: Hall Carpeting and room furnishings are worn and need upgrading.
Location: Right off LIE exit 53, very convenient. We were visiting for a holiday gathering, so we didn't experience the area much.
This Radisson was recently bought from Sheraton and re-opened. Its a good hotel but is in need of some renovations still. Carpeting in the public spaces is well worn and stretched out, especially on the first floor, and the couch in our room was sagging and stained. The bed was comfortable and overall appearance of the room was good. Housekeeping did an excellent job as the bathroom was spotless and room clean. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, especially considering it was thanksgiving and they all were working... they were great! The Lobby is spacious and impressive - a real wow space that has plenty of hangout space along with a restaraunt, coffee shop and small store, and a bar. Radisson has some work to do, but overall we were pleased and the price was very reasonable.

Nice hotel poor customer service

Nice room, good food, friendly staff, however, informed front desk staff 3 days in a row that my toilet was clogged and feces were next to the flush handle. No apology and clog fixed once only.

Never again

No hot water, no staff upon check in, no staff at store in morning, dated rooms, pricey.

Worst hotel ever!!

Worst hotel we've ever stayed at! This hotel is in need of some serious updating. Our room was musty, the couch was filthy and should've been out at the dumpster, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, our air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was probably due to the leak in the ceiling. Would never refer anyone here.

Aweful hotel

A/C did not work. Carpet buckled and dirty. Bathroom cracked tiles rust. Furniture dirty. Did not make bed. Gross overall.

room paid in advance through expedia, but still appears too many charges on credit card, staff says was deposit but they didn't have a good explanation about charges. hotel host too many weddings with people who dont care about guests, makes a little discomfort for guests.
