Great room and service. Breakfast lacking.
Great service and the room was good. I can't recommend the breakfast though as the setup was confusing and the quality was substandard.

I liked it was near the Statue of Liberty. Got to give my kids a history lesson. Hotel was very clean and quiet. The view of the mountains were nice. Staff spoke English and was very helpful

Would not stay again.
First room smelled strongly of smoke. Changed rooms and next one was better, but still smelled funky, and vaguely of perfume. Room was very very basic and a little funky. When we tried to leave in the morning their laundry service truck blocked us in the parking lot and would no move so we could leave…so we were stuck there for 29 minutes waiting. Would not stay there again.

Unfortunately some people don't respect the smoking interdiction. About the room which was "funky" I don't really understand what you mean... When you left yesterday morning you should have told us that the truck blocked you half an hour we would have done something of course! ... Very friendly hotel, clean but rather basic
This is a good hotel for a short stay, close enough to Colmar city centre with free parking. The buffet breakfast was good although a bit expensive at 12 Euros if not already included in your room price. Everything was clean and presentable with very friendly staff. The rooms are fine but would benefit from a softer chair to sit on. The hard desk chair and padded bench were more like an IBIS room.

Very basic hotel, too expensive for what it offers, dog ‘friendly’ but they don’t allow you to have breakfast if the dog is with you. They are happy to charge an extra 8.00€ for the dog stay though. Will not be staying again.

Mr Julimar, yes we are a pet friendly hotel and yes we ask a pet supplement as most of hotel do (for those who accept animals...) I confirm that animals are not allowed in the breakfast room. We are really sorry you don't estimate you have to respect our house rules and also to be a too basic hotel for your needs.

One night stay to visit Colmar. Nice parking area (un-covered). Room had everything you needed and was clean. Check-in was fast and smooth. I did not have the breakfast it is 10.50 Euro a person. Hotel is 10 minute drive from citi center.

The rooms are very small and the beds are very comfortable. To the point of nor being able to sleep. The breakfast does not have all the items you would inspect at a international hotel. For example, I asked if there would be eggs and they said there would be but there was not. In this time of COVID I was expecting all areas of the rooms to be cleaned, to include the television remote and the vents. They were not cleans and the vents had dust collected on them. Finally, the walls are very thin and every sound from the next few rooms was completely hearable.

Thank you for expressing your concern with your stay - we are disappointed that we fell short of your expectations. Some hotel features—including some breakfast items like scrambled eggs or tea and coffe facilies, has been removed to fit in the health protocol linked to covid 19. I can assure that we take that point very seriously and tv remote is disinfected between each guest. Vents are checked and cleaned on a regular basis we appologies if the one of your room was not clean enough. Our concrete walls offer sound insulation that avoids hearing neighboring rooms I'm very surprised you can hear them. You had already told us about your disappointment during your stay and I'm very sorry that despite all our team's effort you did not enjoy at all your visit with us... An excellent stay
Everything at the hotel was perfect; very helpful and nice reception personnel, spotless clean rooms, and comfortable. Although not in the city center, but it was just a 5-minutes drive from the center.

Convenient for travellers.
A great budget hotel, good for a short stay. Ample parking, easy to find, clean and friendly. Tea and coffee making facilities in your room, hairdryer etc. There's a reasonably priced bar and although we didn't have time for the buffet breakfast it looked tempting. The historical centre is beautiful and worth visiting with ample restaurants and bars serving local dishes. However it is more than half an hour walk from the hotel, a taxi cost £15. There are a couple of burger/Chinese restaurants near to the hotel.

Great staff , helpful , friendly and good English ( helped us book taxis and guided us around the local area ). Comfortable rooms and usual continental breakfast were all up to par . Would definately use again if we return to Colmar , need another visit to Little Venice as it is stunning !

Great choice for visiting Colmar and surroundings
The hotel is great! staff is super friendly, the room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good as well. The hotel is a bit far from the city center (walking) but since we came by car, it was perfect as it was near the high way connections.
