This property is in close proximity to Ribeauville and Colmar. The outdoor pool is great. We love to stay here when we have the chance to be in Alsace.

The spa and pools are so relaxing! North Americans watch out for the swimming attire rules! Free electric charge for vehicles! The entire staff were kind and helpful!

A wonderful evening with my husband for our 9th wedding anniversary. Relaxing in the spa in the afternoon and the following morning. With a huge selection of different foods for breakfast, left us wanting for nothing.

We stayed here in July 19, the staff were very friendly. The pool was fantastic although was a little crowded at times because the spa is also open to the public. Both restuarants on site served nice food. We could go to the 3rd floor restuarant with our robes on from the pool as this is more casual. The one on the ground floor is for formal dining and also offers a set price menu, I had a main and dessert for EUR 35. The hotel also offers breakfast in the room, EUR 20 for continental and EUR 29 for American. I ordered the American breakfast, I was a little disapointed with it because the pancakes were solid and must have been left out for too long, I did enjoy the glass of champagne that came with the breakfast. Overall a lovely place to stay.

We stayed for two nights and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel and the cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and spoke good English. We dined in the Bistro restaurant on both nights and thought that the food and service were excellent. We didn’t use the spa facilities but used the outdoor pool which had a great view of the local countryside. We hope to return again one day.

Great spa
Spa area is amazing. Bed was good but clearly been there a while as had a big dip in. Location, great being near to Ribeauvillé and other areas of Alsace. Room service menu want diverse enough if you just wanted something light. Would however go again. The spa is just fab!

A great stay
From outside it looks like a casino in the middle of nowhere but inside is much better! The hotel is brand new, too range toiletries, beautiful designed rooms and a very good restaurant which is one of the very few open on a Sunday evening in the area. I saw they have an amazing SPA but we couldn’t visit as we where travelling from Milan to London and mainly wanted to sleep and get on the road again. We had a great night sleep.

A nice hotel with a wondeful spa!
Really nice place to stay! Very professional personnel for the check-in/-out. The rooms are really well maintained and clean. The option to get access to the spa before external people are coming is really a must! During the day, the spa area looks unfortunately more like a public swimming pool.

The property had great views of the valley and a great location for the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was an disappointment. The restaurant was disappointing. The snails that were supposed to be served in butter and garlic bread came is some green broth soup bowl- just awful!! The 3rd floor café had great views and a nice place to have quick lunch or a snack. The flies were all over the food since is was still very warm this September 18. The food looked like it had been there all day.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic spa. However, the spa is also open to the public during most hours (it's hotel guests only from 8-10am). The value added by the spa would be dramatically higher if it was not open to the public. On Saturday night the spa was crowded with young couples making out in the pool. On Sunday morning there was an exercise class taking place in the outdoor portion of the pool (for hotel guests only) which wouldn't have bothered me except they were blasting bad American dance music loud enough to wake me up at 8:45am. On Monday morning the spa was great, only a handful of elderly couples swimming. There's also a casino in the hotel, but it's separate enough from the hotel and spa that the casino didn't affect me at all, except for filling up a big portion of the parking lot. There's a fancy restaurant, but it was booked up. There's a cafeteria between the hotel and spa, and it would have been fine except they closed in the late morning, between 11 and 12, right when I really needed a coffee and a croissant.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Great location for visiting all the lovely nearby towns. The room was large and comfortable with a king sized bed. The Balneo pool area was fantastic but not suitable for children. Be sure you wear a lycra/stretch material bathing suit (particularly men). My husband had to buy swimming trunks as his were not acceptable but they only cost EUR 9. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel

Comfortable,clean modern hotel great pool facilities. Shame about the arcade gaming machines linked to the hotel. OK If you like ths type of amusement arcade/gambling but otherwise very tacky. For a 4 star hotel in the heart of Alsace wine selection and standards in the restaurant are exceptionally poor. limited selection, unimaginative, dry and over cooked food with poor service. Fortunately the area doesn’t lack for good restaurants!

Modern hotel with luxury pools
We enjoyed our stay near the beautiful town of Ribeauvillé. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as we were not impressed with the menu.

Checking in was a bit bumpy!
Checking in was a bit bumpy and the hotel was requesting us to block our credit card while the room was fully paid for. The rest of our stay was really nice and we liked the hotel and the SPA very much!

very impersonal and stuffy and robotic staff.
Unable to get wi fi on the iPad. No sports or cnn channels. Can't use swim shorts. But, the room was great. The hotel being empty, we were not offered an upgrade. Overall not a great experience and I will not recommand it.

Excellent Alsacian resort.

Rooms are great, was on the ground floor so led out to a grassed area, not much view but ground suited better due to the dog, level 1 and 2 would have nice views. Very quiet and relaxing. A little out of town so peaceful, a couple of km walk to town, once dark this is tough as the only was is via a path that is not lit up at night (can't walk along road all the way as no path). Staff were friendly and helpful and most had really good English so easy to communicate. I particularly picked this hotel for the day spa but after booking the hotel tried to book the day spa but they were full for the 2 days I was going to be there, very disappointing. Very nice pool area but they won't let you in to even look at it or lay in chairs in the huge grass area if you are not in your bathers?! There is a casino on site which may put some people off, but you can't hear it at all from the hotel or the rooms. I would go back again.

Wonderfull SPA
We did not know where we were going and our surprise was complete. Ribeauville is one of the nicest city in France and this hotel make it even more beautifull. Personnal was great, extraordinary decoration and a pool among one of the best i have ever seen
