Solid older hotel with good service. Great bed and excellent bath / shower. Quiet (power window shutters for our room which was above the Main Street). Onsite parking that was secure. Tram is directly in front of hotel. Walking distance to main shopping area as well as auto and art museums. Highly recommended.

Good choice
A lovely restored hotel in the centre of town. The automobile museum is about 20 min east walk. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but lots of fast food. Parking available for 5 euros per night Only weird thing was the shower was a large corner spa bath with a shower rose

PERFECT CHOICE ! 10 Out of 10 !
WOW - I am soooo impressed - I had room #319 - a spectacular room and such attention to detail - the room was obviously newly renovated and only the finest quality of materials and fabrics were used ! A wonderful hotel which I will now use each time I am in Mulhouse ! The hotel staff who I believe were the owners were just PERFECT ! Pet friendly / perfect location only minutes by foot to city center / retaurants etc ... 10 out of 10 !

Incredible quality accomodation
Booked a junior suite and was absolutely blown away with the size and quality of the fittings. Villaroy and Bosh basin and toilet. Grohne tapware. LARGE SPA BATH. Large balcony. Price of 1662 33ml beer in bar fridge was only E4. LARGE Freshly made sandwiches from room service were ALSO ONLY e4. A room of this size and quality in Paris would be over e1000. Incredible value.

Hotel Bristol sits the edge of city centre and literally 1KM away from it. The room is great with a great price.

Our suite was very nicely laid out and very comfortable. Parking within the hotel was easy and convenient. The bathrooms lacked sufficient ventilation. The common area in the lobby looked nice but was overrun by organized tours and could not be used by us.

Our experience started before we arrived with the Hotel Bristol contacting us to give us details on how to navigate the Mulhouse one-way system to get to the car park entrance. The check-in/check-out process was a delight and the room spacious and well equipped. The location provided easy access to the centre of Mulhouse and the facilities there.

Nice room
Overall this was a very comfortable stay, room was very clean and spacious. Location within a few minutes from the main pedestrian shopping area with many food options. The only minus was the unhelpful front desk clerk, but other employees around the property were polite.

Lovely hotel, could be improved with tea making facilities in the rooms however staff made a tray with a pot of boiling water etc for us to take up. Enjoyed our stay very much thank you.

Old atmospheric hotel with recent updates to bathrooms and electrical improvements. Be sure to google the parking lot behind hotel instead of hotel if driving! Much easier to locate and walk in to back entry is easy! Loved it!

Pire hotel de France. Toute catégorie confondue.
Ne correspond pas a la description ni a la photo! Le pire hotel où j’ai eu l’occasion de séjourner... Les chambres sont cher pour une qualité plus que bas de gamme. Et ceci sans mentionner la saleté sur tous les murs, les tapisseries sont arrachées, la douche litteralement moisie. Bref regardez les photos vous comprendrez. Attention en hiver leur chauffage n’est pas assez puissant pour contre balancer la mauvaise isolation de ce taudis. Preparer vous a vous recouvrir des couvertures de votre grand mere en admirant une chauffage d’appoint des années 50 qui ne chauffe pas autant qu’il est moche. On ne mentionnera pas le manque de sécurité de ce genre de chauffage. J’aurais pensé que c’etait interdit dans les lieux recevant du public. J’allais oublier, la gérante est tellement polie qu’elle vous laisse poirotter devant reception pendant qu’elle passe son temps au telephone avant de vous prendre en charge tout en restant au téléphone. Bref honteux. Un conseil fuyez...

Lovely duplex room. Loads of space for our party of 4. The beds were enormous, double the size of a king size! The fourth time I have stayed here and is a perfect stopover on our way to Tuscany. The only disappointment was it was offered cheaper after I booked. I did contact the hotel to ask if they would match the new price (I could have cancelled and re booked without charge) but despite leaving 3 messages, i didn’t receive a reply so paid at the original price. Not s big deal but a response would have been appreciated.

The location of the hotel is good - only a short walk from the historic part of the city where there are good restaurants, lots of shops and good connections for public transportation. The reception staff were less than friendly, but did get things done.
