I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was positive. One of the notable aspects was its location, which I found to be far from Colmar center but the positive thing that I had a car because there was no transportation nearby

Great option!
Comfortable base for my trip in the Alsace region. Clean, had everything I needed, beds were cosy, staff was nice, location was good.

All you need
Nice staff, comfortable basic rooms in a cute city central to everything. It's definitely not fancy but if you just need a comfortable, clean place to stay with comfortable beds as a base for exploring the Alsace region, I highly recommend.

Had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very basic but has all you need in a good location in the city and the front desk is really helpful.

No English spoken. Room had a wall lamp hanging by the electrical wires, no hook on wall for shower, no toilet roll holder. Awful rubberised sheet on bed, remote for tv faulty.

The room was big and good furnitured. The bed mattress was comfortable, but the duvet too thin. We were cold in the night. The room and the bathroom were very dirty, especially the floors.

Best thing about this hotel was that it was in the centre and close to two amazing museums. The train museum an the Bugatti car museum. The rooms though clean were very basic. The shower neede upgrading as there was mould around the tiles. Breakfast was extra and minimal and there was a few ants crawling on the table where the food was.

Location Price and most of all off road free parking, the rest was good and treatment very friendly, lift is still to be repaired. Town was bubbling with Christmas shopping and glue wine and crepes.

Basic but good. Friendly staff. No frills room which was good value. Off street parking. Right at the centre of Mullhouse - 5 min walk to Town Hall, Cathedral etc..

An experience
Hard to find and not in a good area. I was hassled whilst waiting for my husband to get car from a nearby car park as hotel has to open shutter at the side to let you drive in to park your car. I was stood in reception area a guy walked passed twice staring at me (scarey) and then came in. The receptionist asked him if he was looking for a room, he was looking me up and down then realised he was barking up the wrong tree and walked out. Think it's used as a pick up joint in the area as it was cheap Get what you pay for. The receptionist was helpful and the guy on the desk next day was helpful too. Don't arrive here late at night nowhere to eat all closed. However we walked into Mulhouse town centre in the morning 5 mins away which is very cosmopolitan and quaint. The plus to the hotel was the secure parking. Don't expect too much but shower/bath adequate and was clean. Bath towels and hand towels supplied. ok for one night but would not choose this hotel again.

Cheap and basic, fine for a one night stop
Stayed here as a one night stop off on way to Italy. Room basic with plenty of Formica. No frills but value for money considering the low rate paid. Walked out towards Cathedral for breakfast and found café open early so did not eat at hotel.

We used this hotel as a night stop on our way to switzerland. The service was good, the hotel was basic but very clean and a good price. The best thing about the hotel for us was the free and secure parking around the back. The location was great, pretty much in the town centre and next to the tram stop. Free breakfast included with the booking which is always a bonus. I would stay here again if i ever needed to stop off for the night.

Stopover
Used hotel as stopover travelling to and from Italy. Was perfect for our needs and good, basic French breakfast (with small children free). rooms are basic but with both parking off street and helpful staff this hotel really was perfect for our purposes. We enjoyed wandering around centre of Mulhouse after arriving in the evening and hotel is perfectly placed for this as well.

You have to cross a tram track road to the small parking entrance, a man jumps out of reception and guides you into a small courtyard. Not the best hotel but clean,safe and great for looking around the town.

El persona es muy muy amable y la ubicación es bastante buena. Las habitaciónes son algo viejas, pero al menos la que nos tocó, apestaba a tabaco (no de fumar ocasionalmente) y aunque se limpia a diario y la limpieza superficial se hace, tenía mugre de hace tiempo, incluso en los azulejos del baño.

Un accueil très chaleureux. Un personnel aux petits soins. Une salle de pdj très agréable et spacieuse. Des chambres simples mais grandes, très appréciable. Le parking sur place est gratuit et fermé, service non négligeable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
