Family of 4 review.
Family of 4, we found the room to be perfect for us. Well thought out & designed, appreciated the USB charging points next to each side of the bed. We’d asked for a roll-away bed as an extra and it was set up for us. Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room. Didn’t think to ask for one as being English we brought our own! We stayed a Sun & Mon in July and it was quiet. Would stay there again and would recommend it.

Excellent welcome from the front desk staff. Common areas were very good and good breakfast spread. Room was dark and small and air con did not really work very well -but bed was comfortable.

Cheap and Cheerful
Clean rooms, but fairly basic and small, the air condition made a noise but that was about it. The hotel has parking available as long as it is pre-ordered.

This hotel is good for a quick, economical stay. The room is very small, as is the bathroom. A little tight for 2 people (not a couple). Bathe location is great, the staff was helpful and they have a little cafe in the lobby.

Nice little hotel with great staff and location.
It was as expected except they put us on a floor that was being renovated. That was a bit of a bummer. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is in a convenient location for the old town centre.

Perfect spot to take in all of Colmar’s sites. The staff couldn’t be more helpful - they were wonderful (including making a dinner reservation for us, offering advice on sites and things to do, etc.). We stayed on the top floor and it felt like an attic apartment with a ton of character. Loved it! Highly recommend.

While located at a convenient location and with friendly staff, the condition of our room was really poor, AC was not working propera, there was a standing fan in the room so they must knew it. The LED lights flickered constantly. Parking spaces are few, and the public parking is quite busy.

The hotel was in a very good position to access the old town of Colmar. Car parking was very convenient and safe. We were 1 street away from all the restuarants and a great walk through amazing streets.

Staff was extremely helpful in explaining everything about the hotel and the room. They also gave detailed information about the walking routes we should take on a map. Overall, a very convenient and moderately priced hotel which met our basic needs.

Good value
Good hotel. Centrally located. They have very limited parking so we had to park at a grocery store parking lot but it was close to the hotel. Room was ok. Enough room for 3. Needs more outlets though. Generally a good stay for the price.

+ Service desk was super friendly and helpfull. + the location of the hotel is nice - they just have a few parking spot, that is annoying because you have to drive around and find a parking spot... - we had mold on a window and in the shower. This should not be even in a 3 stars.

L'ibis de Colmar fait certes partie d'une chaine cependant l'accueil réservé au client compense cela à Merveille. Tout était propre, bien entretenu, respectueux des règles d'hygiène actuelles. Je recommande vivement

First impressions weren’t good when we found out that there was no parking available as there were limited spaces and had to be booked in advance!! Room was tiny but comfortable. - within walking distance of beautiful ‘Little Venice’

Convenient to the town center and historic area. Everything we wanted to see was within a short walk. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. Furnishings seem to be set up with back packers in mind, there was no place to open suitcases.

Amazing location in an uncomfortable room
The staff and the breakfast were superb, very clean ,the area excellent five minutes from the old city but The room is narrow and cramped without a closet. The entrance to the room is uncomfortable in the full sense of the word.

Annoyances which are avoidable
Directions to the underground parking were unclear. If she'd said to go in through the Auchan carpark d have found it first time. Why have a sign on the coffee machine in reception saying free coffee then when you ask for a cup you find it's only in the morning. But the sign is there all day... I never got the answer, nor the complimentary coffee.

We arrived on Thursday and the air condition was already our of order. The technician did not arrive until Monday - 4 days without air conditioning with a temperature of 29 degrees outside is much very much. The staff is very nice, helpful and welcoming, but it did not solve the problem.

Not at the very heart of city but Ibisquality sure
The hotel is very hard to find especially from main train station. It's very far away from that; approx. 3 km. You have to take the bus (number: 1) You pay the ticket in the bus to the driver however on Sundays there is no bus in town. So you have to walk. The hotel is located very near to old town so that's a good thing. You can walk to Colmar attraction for 15 minutes and you'll be there.

Great hotel in a great location
Fantastic location near the Grand Rue in Colmar. Stayed here during the Christmas markets and it was very centrally located. I can't wait to return to Colmar and will gladly stay here again.

Anniversary weekend in Colmar!
We had a wonderful weekend in Colmar! The room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choices. Great location!!! We would definitely stay here again.

The room was small but comfortable, great beds, good breakfast, shop across the road was great for pre made food, needed a fridge. Unfortunately on checkout they confused you with balance of payment, charged us double what they should have, have started a clawback of payment
