Wonderful hotel, the bar had very tasty drinks and food. Also there were some fun games for kids like, table football and colouring.

Room not very nice - very dirty carpets and very simple for EUR170 a night. Shower only thing good about hotel - they did offer upgrade but room still not clean looking and bed smaller !!!!

Not enough staff on the front desk.
Checking in took 1 hour and half as there was just one staff member. Food downstairs in the restaurant is terrible and expensive. The look of the hotel inside and outside is beautiful and clean

A good hotel, but dated.
The hotel room was a bit dated, and stains on the carpets, but overall it was comfortable. I especially liked the wooden key cards. Be aware this is not in Paris itself, but still easy to get to. Overall a good stay. Breakfast was great!

Shower pressure was poor, the toilet was continually flushing and the shaving mirror was broken. The whole room was a bit tired looking. I am still waiting to receive my email invoice.

Not so welcoming but decent hotel.
The hotel itself is fine however there were a few things that spoilt the experience. For instnace, on approaching rhe hotel, there is a great big underground parking area. You cannot park securely any closer to the building. So i did, only to find out that the hotel's parking is behind the building with no markings etc. ergo extra parking charges tonuse bothe the public and hotel parking. The other issue was my ALL status which affirded me a welcome drink. The reception staff was kind enough to suggest that as i was travelling with kids, this would cover a drink for us all. Given that we were dining out, i decided to redeem the welcome drink against some orange juice. Only to be seized up suspiciously by the restaurant staff marched back to reception and for the voucher be cancelled in favour of just one welcome drink (even then, there seemed to be a huge amount of confusion as to why i would be swapping the voucher for orange juice instead of an alcoholic beverage)....all this in front of my kids for whom i was principally getting the drinks. Not so welcoming. Other than that, a fairly vanilla stay.

Staff was horrible I have never had a more uncomfortable experience in my life. No customer service , housekeeping horrible, rooms very unsanitary and not what it is displayed online.And they don’t take no pride in having good customer service !

The room was very small and the air conditioning was horrible. Every night was bad for sleeping even when we kept the AC on maximum. We complained about it a couple times but there was no resolution. The location was OK - close to subway access. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly but not so helpful. Not a lot of knowledge on the best way to get to places and no help on activities. I would say this is a hotel for business people, and not families. It was OK - but I would definitely not recommend it to any of my friends.

Hotel was good, good and clean room, great breakfast. Only issue was the parking, there was none available for the first day even though I called in advance to reserved I was not allowed it and was guarantee there would be availability in the day but there wasn’t.

Horrible customer service. Lost my money-Booked through Expedia and we called Expedia to switch our dates and they refused to give us an answer on the spot and then ghosted us and refused to solve our issue to change our dates so we lost our money and we have them over a weeks advance to change the dates. The hotel concierge themselves pretended not to speak English well and referred us back to Expedia right away just to not deal with our switching. We just wanted to change our dates! This is their job and there was availability open.

The room was very small , over crowed with beds . Staff wasn’t helpful at all . Wouldn’t let us check in early wanted to charge £100 for early checking . Breakfast wasn’t great . I wouldn’t rate this 4*
