    About this property

    New Listing - Gecko Hale

This fully furnished one bedroom, one bath guest house is located on the windward side of Oahu’s scenic North Shore. It is secluded and a great home base for your relaxing tropical vacation. Gecko Hale is on a one-acre private estate that enjoys the cooling trade winds, fruit, and shade trees. The owners reside in the main and there is another one bedroom, one bath rental called the Surfers Hale. They are all nestled in a lush tropical botanical garden filled with secluded seating areas for private and relaxing moments to enjoy what the country has to offer—including a small shaded stream that reaches from mountain to shore. Located at the base of the Ko’olau mountain range, close to the beach, but far from the crowds; Gecko Hale is a comfortable, relaxing, beautiful and private Hawaiian retreat for you to experience! The Mystic Ko’olau property is located in Hau'ula approximately 60 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport. Hau’ula is a small, historic fishing and farming community with beautiful sandy beaches and no crowds. It is where the magical, evergreen, Ko’olau Mountains reach up to the clouds and flow down into the sparkling, blue Pacific. This small, remote community of single-family homes, small shops, and local-style restaurants is very different from the high rise, busy retail tourism center of Waikiki. Hau'ula truly offers a glimpse of old Hawaii; slower paced, peaceful, with friendly people in one of the largest Polynesian communities on Oahu. Aloha a hui hou! Beautiful Hawaiian Country Getaway

Very relaxing nice stay, good value for the lavish amounts of space and beautiful scenery. 5 minutes walk from a practically private pristine beach. Nice location for exploring North Shore and windward side of the island.
