When we checked in I thought the cost was more than what the option I'd chosen on your site was. I had also thought the room was paid for because when I'd booked flights and given credit card info they were. I paid cash as I didn't have the card with me. They still needed a card even though I'd paid so my friend used hers. At checkout I brought email and they couldn't give my refund in cash but had to be on my friend's card even though I'd paid cash. We checked in about 5:45 and they'd already had the cookies out so they were gone. We had to wait approximately ten minutes for someone to help at the desk after ringing the bell. We called down at 9:50 a.m. to check on when breakfast ended and were told it already had. Upon checking, we discovered it shouldn't have been closed until 10:00 a.m. Overall, I was disappointed but there arent many options in Havre. I doubt I'd stay at another AmericInn because of it.
