Clean hotel and close to everything

It was a very nice hotel staff was great to deal with hotel located in the middle of Havre which was great would definitely stay there again

Pros: It was in the town I wanted to be in.
Cons: Customer service...
I was staying at this hotel for the Christmas weekend. My family had also booked rooms but did not use Expedia. They were given a "pay for one night get one free" deal. I had booked with Expedia for 2 nights, leaving on Christmas Day. Due to a blizzard we were going to need to say at least one more night. When I asked the front desk about staying another night and if I qualified for the "pay for one night get one free" they were very rude in explaining because I booked through Expedia I did not qualify and not only that the cost of my room went up $20.00 from the Expedia price if I stayed. I asked why the room price would increase when I had received a note on my door explaining there would be no "housekeeping services" that day, they again explained it was because I had booked my room originally with Expedia. They were not willing to work with me at all to say... not offering any type of discount (not even AAA).... just repeating that I had booked through Expedia. If they do not appreciate the partnership they have with Expedia why are they participating? Why should I be treated different because I chose to book and pay in advance by using a travel website?

Awesome hotel!!!

Drove from Canada for Black Friday was extremely impressed with the hotel!! Staff was super nice, rooms were newly renovated, loved the tea, coffee and cookies that you could have anytime you wanted and awesome continental breakfast! Will stay here every time I come! Great value!!!

Sleep in Havre

Pros: The location and price.
Cons: Upgrade a bit, but then the price would increase. It was fine.
Location: Murphy's Pub is an OK place to dine. That is all I had time for.
The hotel was fine as was the front desk staff. The dead bolt on the door didn't engage properly. The room was extremely spacious and quiet, especially for the proximity to the common area. Breakfast was the standard buffet. I received what I needed and it worked fine.

Heavy Chlorine smell when you Walk in. No Elevator. Nice Room, but needed a little maintenance work. Stayed for three days. Overall, a nice place to stay. Pretty Good breakfast.

I'm on the road 5 days a week, I cover the whole state of Montana. I call on the Wal-Mart's and Shopkos so this hotel was very convenient for me. Easy check in. The biscuits and gravy the next day was great.

Townhouse Inn of Havre

Pros: Easy access to main route.
Cons: Would be nice if they had a Restaraunt at the hotel.
Location: Havre was just a overnight stop for us as a result we are unaware of what there is to do there. However it looked like Harvey was having a rodeo.
This hotel is located on the main route through Havre and has easy access. A good breakfast is included with the stay. They has a self serve coffee / tea available all day

You get what you pay for

Although the staff and the free breakfast were amazing at this hotel the rooms are outdated and in real need of new carpet, beds. It was ok for one night but would not probably stay again.

Nice hotel, great location

Pros: The location was great as it is on the main highway going through town
Overall the location and hotel was great. Unfortunately the windows in our room faced an outside stair case which the lights were on all night and it was very hard to sleep with the lighting and access.
