Take this Days Inn Off Your Website

I have used Expedia for my all of my travel place since the online travel began approximately 15 years ago. I have never been disappointed and I have trusted their scale rating to be true to the hotel I have stayed in. I have also stayed in countless Days Inn across the country and have always found them clean, simple and comfortable. With that said, this particular Days Inn was complete SUBSTANDARD, and Wyndom Hotels should be embarrassed.We arrive to our room, in the evening after a long day of travel to find that the TV in our room was missing, and the room was dark and depressing. The evening desk clerk did not know why the tv was gone. After 40 min we were moved to another room, which had a tv but the furniture was beat up, beds were uncomfortable and small. There was a mold ring in the toilet and mold on the walls. Breakfast was also not very substantial but the coffe was good. I feel very strongly that Expedia needs to take this particular Days Inn off their web site.

Thank you for your feedback, I do apologize for TV matter. We are working toward improving the experience at economy rate, Some of the rooms have been renovated already and rest being done which cased the TV issue. Let me know when you visit again so I can assure you pf comfortable stay
