Although we have temporarily removed the hot tub from our website while repairs are underway and our staff mentioned it not working when you checked in, we empathize with your frustration regarding it being listed on another online platform. As a token of goodwill, we refrained from charging you for an additional day due to your very late checkout.Your feedback is invaluable and we ensure better communication regarding any issues in the future.
