Cons: rooms needed updating
Rooms could be cleaner, we had tiny ants on the counter

DisappointedPosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: Conveniently located, nice room
Cons: At least offer clean towels and if you have to charge more don't make the clients pay for their own internet.
For the price I would have expected internet and then we were there for 8 days and had no cleaning services. I do not like to have to ask for coffee filters, shampoo and soap and then expected to wash my own towels.

Relaxation at Wyndham Mauna Loa VillagePosted May 8, 2015 on Hotels
Quiet, peaceful, very comfortable and accommodating. Conveniently located not too far or too close to shopping center and within 7 miles of Kona. Beautiful property, well maintained with courteous staff.

Our Mauna Loa Village StaycationPosted Apr 27, 2015
Pros: The one bedroom condo had 1.5 bathrooms! Incredible!!!
Our short stay was simply wonderful! Cindy at Wyndham was the best front desk receptionist ever! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we wanted and more!!!

Great Condo far from everything.Posted Apr 3, 2015
We stayed in Bldg. 1, Unit 1. It was a great older condo--very spacious! We had a fantastic view of the golf course across the street. We were initially worried about street noise, but the location is very quiet. Overall, the room/resort is great. We wouldn't stay here again only because it is far from downtown Kona--15 to 20 minute drive. There is really nothing to walk to nearby this resort. The Keauhou Shopping Center is pretty lame. It is also far from any of the beaches of Kona. The coast near this resort is all lava rock and not suitable for swimming.
