The rooms were great in regards to space, but quite dated. For the first three nights we were disappointed and didn’t enjoy being in villa because it had a musty, wet carpet smell throughout. This smell hit us as soon as we entered on arrival, called the desk immediately and was told someone would come and spray. It was a long day for us so fell asleep due to being tired. Was given an air freshener can in second day, smell did not improve. By day three we just couldn’t take it anymore because it was affecting my sleep. On our third day we called again about this issue. We had been very gracious up to this point and I was disappointed that the desk agent told us that we were the only ones that were complaining of this issue, as if to insinuate that we making this up. We liked the villa and wanted to stay and tried because we thought something could have been done the next day since we had planned to be away all day. All we got was an air refresher half empty can. We were changed on the 3rd day of our 5 day stay, late afternoon. We were told someone would call with room change early afternoon. Heard nothing, we had to go back to desk in late afternoon to get change. Second bungalow smelled better, and not as dated. The property itself is beautiful and clean, so was the pool area. The response to our complaints were not handled properly and left a bad taste in our months. Not sure we would return due to this reason.

Nice, family friendly property. Units were a little outdated but were equipped with everything we needed including a cooler (which was nice to take on day trips). We would definitely stay there again.

If you don’t have a rental car skip this one. It is a timeshare property and of. Course they want you to try and buy one. Nice condos but NO amenities. Not even a coke or ice machine. I thought we were booking something different. And you have to walk a mile and a half to get to any restaurant! Taxis on Ilona are practically nonexistent. Just beware.

Conveniently located near the shoreline with beaches nearby as well as dining and shopping. The place was very well maintained inside and outside. Sitting on the large lanai was the perfect way to start and end the day.

The two bedroom two bath bungalow was very spacious. All kitchen items were provided and made it easy to cook or barbecue outside. Some of the furniture in the living room was dated. I’d prefer wood floor over carpets throughout the bungalow. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lanai was very relaxing.

Loved the resort! nice that the were 2 different pools in different locations. The rooms them self are big and beds were comfy (perhaps a lil renovation would be needed ;)) At the reception they were nice and helpful!

I loved the layouts of the rooms and the beds were so so comfortable. We only got to use the pool at night in the hot tub has a very bright light in it. It would be nice if it was toned down.

The staff are friendly. They responded quickly to our questions. After all, this property is old. It makes up with the spacious space and location. They won’t bother you with maids. That is eco friendly. We do not need to change towels and sheets everyday. It would be great if the facilities are also upgraded.
