We loved staying in this unit at Waikoloa Village-- the whole condo has been updated as the photos show. I stayed 3 nights at this condo, which is very close to the best snorkeling on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with everything that I needed to cook and prepare food. The mgt has done great in improving the staffs attitude and making it positive. The parking is still an issue. As a paying guest I should NEVER have to go somewhere else to park because of parties or luau’s they should have to park elsewhere

In ancient Rome, villas were created for the important dignitaries of the country to escape the racket of the city in the bordering foothills or the beaches. These lavish getaways hosted symposiums and offered refined tastes to all their guests. In modern times, villas have become almost synonymous with a luxury vacation, and most who stay at one often pay top dollar. Now thanks to Expedia, you can stay at one for a steal of a price. The average hotel room is around 400 sq. ft. If you're traveling with a big group of people, this can be a tight squeeze. But villas are huge—you're looking at around 3,000+ sq. ft. for you and your crew.
