It was well looked after and very clean. Beds were nice and cozy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book againg. check in was a breeze even for late check in. Thanking you navigate seaside hotel.

A little out of the town centre but close to local bus stop. Nice area and a short walk to restaurants and bars down at the old docks.

Very spacious rooms. Neat and clean facility with separate outdoor dining area, which was quiet handy for a family with two kids. Staff was very helpful, onsite secure parking and laundry facilities! Across the street from beach, playground, plenty of dining options. Highly recommend.

I am not sure if this is really a hotel or an apartment complex. First off, there is mold growing within the grout in the shower. Dirty rings around the toilet inside underneath. Left with only teensy bits body wash and shampoo tube along with another teensy hand soap. Went to the front desk to get some more, guess what, the office is closed. No one there to help. Outside carpet is stained and filthy... looks like it has not been changed since the facility was constructed. Very disappointing.

Great location right opposite a swimming beach and park. Amazingly happy and helpful staff, great parking and a wonderful room. Overall a fantastic experience. My 4 year old daughter loved the place, and being only a few minutes drive to Napier city it was fantastic.
