“I arrived early for check in and for some reason my reservation I made on expedia didn't register in their system. They quickly investigated and when they couldn't provide the room I had booked they gave me a free upgrade to a really nice suite. The view of the mountains was amazing, I enjoyed the in-room facilities like the kitchenette, shower, coffee and French press, and sitting area. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.”

“We loved our space at the suites. The apartment had all the amenities. Loved the body products! The shower was great! I loved all the Bend resources on the table. Everything was top notch and within 5 minutes of most bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!”

“Upon walking up to front door you can smell the pine trees! From the complementary drink at check in to the location close to downtown and River, to the hot egg bites and raspberry danishes packaged to grab and go this place was full of fun little surprises! We stayed 2x on our trip to coast; one each way coming and going home and had 2 different rooms, both were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend 10/10 and absolutely stay here again!”

“Comfortable, clean, walkable to restaurants and river walk, staff was friendly. Beds were good. Nice meeting areas in lobby and bar. Price was good for Bend in the summer. We'd stay there again. Only minor note is that the room wasn't serviced. Fine as it was a short stay, but I'd suggest advising guests on check-in if that's the norm.”

“The room was clean and accommodating. The staff was very nice and the pool was perfect temperature. Parking was ample and provided easy loading & unloading of our vehicle. Refrigerator/freezer worked great and was whisper quiet. Rooms were recently updated and towels were nice and fluffy. I would recommend this place highly.”

“The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!”
