Hotel that accepts dogs

I made this reservation thru Expedia, then called the hotel to make sure they noted that we have a dog. She said that I couldn't have the room we wanted (with a kitchenette), because those rooms do not allow dogs. So she told me to get back on and change the reservation to a regular king suite. I told her that we for sure wanted a room with a fridge and microwave, because we would be there on Thanksgiving and very few restaurants would be open. She said "all of our rooms have refrigerators and microwaves". When we arrive, they not only didn't show us with a dog, but the room did not have a microwave. When I went to talk to them about the microwave, she said that it "just broke", and that she didn't have time to go to Hayes to get a new one. She said she couldn't put us in another room, because they didn't have any more dog friendly rooms. The parking lot had 12 cars, at the most. She could have pulled a microwave from another room, or made some effort to get one for the next night. But she didn't. She wasn't even particularly apologetic.
That said, the room was okay. The heater wouldn't stay on very long, so it was a little cold. They have a nice dog walk area. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but the people were friendly.
