Traveling back home from KC to Colorado this was about half way point. I got in late with 3 small kids 2 people working only one checking in. They were not very friendly we have stayed at multiple hotels over the years and I have never felt so Unwelcome at a hotel. I don't expect a red carpet but when you are paying over $100 a night I would expect a little more politeness. The room was clean 2 beds when I did pull back the top cover the white sheets were worn in areas but that's probably just from bleaching multiple times. I did call and ask about a crib or pack and play which I was told they didn't have. We didn't get up in the morning in time for breakfast they did stress that it was over at 9 so when we woke up with only a few minutes till I didn't bother. If you need a place to stop for the night that is clean and safe this is a good place. If you have small children I would probably double check other areas for more family friendly places. Next time I think I will opt to stay in Hays where there is more options. When I travel alone with my kids it's hard to have to worry about taking our own pack and play it's nice to stay someplace that has something available.

I am so sorry. We were training a new clerk but apparently I need to re-train the trainer. Our policy is NOT to be rude, I will be talking to them about that. We are in the process of finding a crib that is Best Western approved.
