rented room to someone else

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Not safe location.
They checked me in and gave me a room and then gave the same room to someone else. When checked out they did not even have me in the room and not checked in. Really should not have to pay for such poor service and conditions were horrible.

Good overall. Just need a little bit more "lighting" I guess, especially at tge "study table".Comfortwise, it is quite comfy. Needs a bit more space in the bathroom.

Not for travelers

This hotel is one step up from a shelter.”Travelers beware” Most of the occupants in the place are living there as residents. Rooms are rundown, plaster all over the walls, dirty carpets, poor lighting. Oh and people screaming and fighting with each other at all times of the day. Your better off spending a few more $ and staying somewhere else

Hotel not like the picture advertised

My wife and I were really disappointed, the hotel advertised picture completely different from the actual hotel which was very misleading because we based our reservation on the picture and the rating. It was very hard to find the place, the sign was not visible from the street. The sink was clogged. The lighting very bad. The heater was a hazard. NOT A PLACE TO STAY EVEN A NIGHT.

Not clean at all

First the front desk they had me fillout a form that said if I should damage anything in the room i would pay $ 250 or more for damages. So when I walked the room contact of mildew very strong smell in the room i saw black mold in the bathroom. Then walls can show you about the history of the hotel lots of damage spots and furniture, curtains was not a Good look it was terrible. I ask for another room. At first they wasn't saying that I used the room but only to just to walk in the room 110 I ask for room 120 but got 121. That was no different room 110 strong smell of mildew and damage walls. Also to add no ice machine swimming pool locked up and trashed again not a Good look. P. S. I rather smell pine sol cleaner than mildew.steam clean the carpet just shut down the room for a day and air it out. Thank for reading.

Heritage Inn Express / Not good

Dirty and cheaply kept, especially for the price they're charging. Not worth it. The security guard was trying to argue that I didn't book a room when I did and the fax was right in front of him. He never asked me my name or confirmation number. Just rude.
