Upon arrival we were greeted by staff. The grounds, lobby area and carpet was clean. Front desk clerk was customer friendly and knowledgable. The hotel looks like the website photos. The room was clean, spacious and clean smelling. A large screen TV and a great makeup light in the bathroom. Breakfast had many options - hot and cold by 8:45 it was cooling down and not enough - the taste was very good. I would recommend this hotel to travelers. Breakfast hours very inconvenient for travelers :6 am 9 am even on weekends.

As soon as I enter the lobby, I felt like it's home away from home. It's clean and smells fresh. The staff are nice and breakroom was stocked with free coffee and tea. Our room was clean and smells really nice with toiletries neatly provided as well. Although is was an hour away from where we are supposed to attend business to, it didnt' matter because everything about this property was great. I will definitely consider this hotel again in the future when we need to stay around Statesborough area. The drive was nothing compared to the relaxing and safe feeling we got while staying at this property.

There was food left in the microwave and black hairs in the bathroom. We booked this hotel solely for the indoor pool and upon arrival found out it’s closed until May. My little ones are devastated.

Overall a good hotel. Rooms could use a little updating, you can see where they removed dressers from the wall. There was nowhere to put your clothes.

Everything was well done. The accommodations were large, spacious and clean. Amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay! My pup enjoyed it as well, and thankful we had a nice place for her to stay comfortably during the day.

well even though it was the beginning of November the pool/spa was not open or accessible. Friday night was horrible due to another family being so loud talking, singing and baby yelling, otherwise it was a pleasant trip.

The room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable. It had been recently renovated; however, the workmanship was sloppy (paint on the ceiling, shower floor chipped, peeling paint). My biggest complaint was the glass shower knob was full of mold. It was disgusting! The lady who ran the front desk was very polite, but she was a one man band. She was in charge of both the front desk and the breakfast area. She was working very hard but could not keep up. They were out of coffee, milk, syrup, eggs, and sausage. Another HUGE complaint was that the INDOOR pool and hot tub was closed "for the season". One reason we booked was for the hot tub. This was not mentioned on the website. We will not be returning again. It's a shame because it has potential to be a nice place to stay.

I booked here because other reviews commented on how clean this place was. Cleanliness is literally the only thing I really care about at a hotel. This place was not clean. We checked in very late. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy, but okay enough for one night. Once checked in, our key card did not work, and although we were let in our room with the master key after two trips to the front desk, we were never given a working key so we could not leave our room. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. There was a red ring around the drain, build up on the shower head and fixtures, and the curtain had visible mildew as did much of the ceiling. The faucet also was not clean and there was a strange odor when running the water. When we turned down one of the beds, on the sheets, there was both a yellow stain and another spot that looked like the remains of some adult time activity. Lastly, the indoor pool was “closed for the season”. I was never aware indoor pools had a season, but given the condition of our room, we probably wouldn’t have trusted it anyway.

The towel rack was rusted. The floor was dirty. Next time turn on the vacuum in the bathroom. Use a cleaner mop when cleaning the hard flooring. No elevated but they had luggage carts.

I have stayed here before a few years back I think it has been remodeled and price is decent compared to prices today so I would not complain bed is comfortable not my fave stay but I chose it this trip and not disappointed so I would surely stay again especially for the price and it also felt safe

The room smells of mildew and there was used stinky condoms left in the trash very dirty workers hanging on steps as we tried to get down them

Missing an elevator.My wife was on crutches and it was a challenge getting too the second floor There were not many stations event having cable. The breakfast could be bettef Overall the two nights were very peaceful, clean and the King bed was SUPER.
