Due to the COVID regulations, we are only able to offer individual items for breakfast and our breakfast is available until 9:30 am. I would hope you can contact the hotel directly to discuss any other issues that you encountered during your stay so that we can address it immediately.

Thank you for your feedback, however we are still trying to neutralize the cat urine odor from the room which the guest admitted the cat peed in the carrier. We had several complaints from guests passing in the hall and had to refund points .

Thanks for your review Jay. One of the great amenities of the Residence Inn is the complimentary reception held Monday-Wednesday night where we serve light meals and beverages to all guests. Hopefully on a return trip you will be able to enjoy this amenity. Most restaurants are in a 2 mile radius of the hotel. Please keep in mind, our friendly staff is on hand to provide you with dinner recommendations , as well as options for delivery service so you don't have to leave your suite. Our property does have some amazing amenities, like our indoor pool, hot tub and sport court. Hope to see you soon!
