Should be better

I had stayed one night at the hotel. I should say that the hotel needs major renovation otherwise it should be removed from Rotana network

الفندق يقوم باجبار النزيل على دفع الرسوم على موقف السيارة واستخدام الانترنت ، على الرغم ان هذه الخدمات تقدم مجانا للنزلاء في الكثير من الفنادق في لبنان والعالم..

I really enjoyed my stay however, the neighbourhood in which the hotel is located, is terrible. It's dirty and the gardins behind the hotel is full of dogs which are capable to bark for 24 hours.

Close to the Lebanese Mountains

Pros: Being between Beirut and Lebanese Hills
Cons: Expedite service request
Location: Excellent location
Expensive hotel, compared to the service. The internet and car parking should be free of charge.

Great hotel for the price!

Its an older hotel, but quite comfortable and very clean. The price was really good. The only complaint was that the people taking the room service orders didn't seem familiar with their own menu. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

Perfekt läge.

Hotellet har perfekt läge med gångsavstånd till tre mall med massor av affärer och restauranger och bio. Rent, stora rum och bekväma sängar. Pool området är lagom stort och poolen är ren. Det enda stora minuset är servicen vid poolen. Det står en bar som är obemannad och när personalen dyker upp för att ta en beställning dröjer det jätte länge innan man får den. Annars var jag nöjd.
