Oasis backyard
My husband and I stayed at this gorgeous Healdsburg home. We will definitely be back during the summer. The backyard is truly amazing. There are so many amenities that I can't list them all. The pool is fantastic. The outdoor kitchen is amazing and has every feature you could imagine. We enjoyed sitting at the fire pit with the sound of water moving through the brook. Our dog was welcomed and had a blast running through the very large yard. Michael was a very helpful and responsive host. We loved every moment of our weekend vacation.

The most stocked house ever
The house and grounds were wonderful and relaxing. The road noise was the only small issue, which really wasn’t bad. But the thing that set this place apart was the supplies in the house. It had everything I can possibly imagine. Very thoughtful and had such a positive impact on the experience. Just do it. You won’t regret it I promise

Amazing Home in Alexander Valley Area!
Our family had a great stay at this amazing home! The house is completely stocked with all of the essentials, plus more. So many bath supplies, kitchen, extra sunscreen - you name it, they've thought of it. The house is very nice, the beds are comfortable. TVs in every room with lots of subscription choices. Of course, the best is the outdoors. Very large, beautiful pool with a nice hot tub. Comes with more pool toys and floats than you could ever use. Outdoor kitchen is bigger than most houses with numerous refrigerators, BBQs, storage, pots/pans, etc. Large outdoor table, seating area, fire pit. Plus games! Corn hole, ping pong, and - our favorite - the hatchet throwing game! View is beautiful from the top seating areas. Perfect for that evening glass of wine. The host was very friendly, attentive, responsive and accommodating. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Most attentive host pulling out all the stops
I never give reviews but I’ve also never had a host go so far above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Michael was extremely attentive, texting and emailing in advance to make sure we knew exactly what to expect and we’re prepared for our stay. He was super responsive while we were there, as well, but he makes everything so easy at the property that there’s really no reason you need to reach out to him. I did because I was so impressed with the backyard that I wanted tips for my own place! The house has everything you could possibly need and they maximized enjoyment at the property. There are so many different spaces to utilize and they have all kinds of little bonuses, like a house scavenger hunt, a river and waterfall through the hill, a box of dog treats for those with pets, free wine, and a welcome sign when you arrive. We went with 3 other couples on this trip, but talked to those friends about bringing our kids next time because they’d have a blast. It’s really a great place for everyone on any kind of trip. Thank you, Michael, for the over the top hospitality!

Girls Napa Weekend
This house has everything! It makes it hard to leave the house. I spent a wonderful weekend with a group of old friends cooking outside, sitting by the pool, hanging by the fire in the evening, it was lovely. It was also nice to have enough beds for everyone to sleep on their own. Highly recommend!

Home away from home
Absolutely amazing stay - best vrbo stay so far. We came for the Healdsburg wine festival but wanted to stay at this home longer instead of going out to the wineries. The place was inviting and came with every possible amenity. Worth every penny! Michael was incredibly welcoming and responsive. One of our group left his suit after coming from work and Michael mailed us the suit immediately after we left the property. Perfect birthday.

Everything you could want and more!
Stayed for a week with family, including our two doggies! We were all so happy to finally have a family vacation. No need to travel far or board a plane. This home is amazing with everything you could want and more. The pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen….too many amenities to list and no words can describe how awesome this home is. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who is so kind and generous. This home will not disappoint.

This Property Keeps Improving
This was our second visit and things both big (newly resurfaced pool, air purifiers inside) and small (dog water bowls inside and out, pizza dough to play with in the new pizza oven) keep the experience comfortable and fun. Michael and Leslie are incredible hosts, and I cannot recommend this property enough!

Absolutely Amazing Property & Owners
Not enough words to express how truly amazing this “resort” is. It literally has everything inside & out. Outdoor Kitchen is phenomenal as is inside. Excellent bedding, kitchenware, toiletries (quality toilet paper), stocked with Advil, Tums, shampoo, bandaids, ++++. So many personal touches added to this stay like aprons & baseball caps (as our 3 yr old says - we all match!), pizza dough for us to make personal pizzas, outdoor games, an incredible scavenger hunt that was fun, taught us about the home and surrounding area, and had generous rewards. Amazing waterfalls, hot tub, pool + toys, great tables, chairs, ice makers…. Awesome bottles of wines left for us. Michael was extremely responsive each and every time we sent text messages including selling us wine from their wine cellar. I could literally go on and on about this property. Many wineries closed or significantly restricted due to COVID and previous fire damage but staying in the beautiful property made it all ok. Michael, Leslie and their daughter Millie are incredible people who make this world a much better place. Definitely will return!!

Glad They Over Did It!
The pictures do not begin to do this home and property justice — and the phots are pretty good! You really have to see the outdoor kitchen, and creek, and hot tub, and multiple seating areas, and.so much more, to believe it. If you like to smile until your mouth hurts, sing like no one is listening (to your soundtrack on Bluetooth speakers throughout), and dance like there is no tomorrow, then this is the place for you. The home itself has a marvelous kitchen and the latest and greatest in entertainment technology. While every modern convenience is at your fingertips, the charm and master craftsmanship is warm and welcoming. Lots of opportunity to be together or to find your own little space. To quote Goldilocks, “It’s just right!” To quote baby bear, “We had to leave at the end of our stay and someone is sunning in my place right now!” Then there are the TOTO toilets. Baby you’re the best! Last but not least, the host was very responsive, helpful and informative.

Mindbendingly fantastic
There's no better way to enjoy wine country than being surrounded by vines. The lovely setting of this home on a hill covered by grapevines is spectacular, and the owners have some great walks and sitting areas on the upper parts of the hill that let you sip wine while taking in the beauty of Alexander Valley. The outdoor kitchen was incredibly fun - one of our favorite experiences on the trip was making pizzas in the Ooni pizza oven. We could have spent most of our days and nights around home given the setting and amenities. The surrounding area has many top-tier wineries and eateries, and the owners offer great recommendations. Lastly, communication with the owners is personal, prompt, and extremely helpful. We got so much more out of our trip with some of the guidance of Michael. Can't wait to do it again - we'll be returning.

Amazing property!! Highly recommend!
We had an amazing time staying at the Healdsburg Retreat House! The house is amazing but by far the most spectacular part is the back yard. We enjoyed dinner, brunch, lounging by the pool and wine in the backyard throughout the entire weekend. And the house is incredibly well stocked and it is clear Michael and Laura are very thoughtful houses that have thought of everything. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Hosts
We had the opportunity to visit this property during the PGE power outage. While we were worried that being without power for the first 36 hours of our stay would put a damper on our fun, Michael and Leslie made this trip an unbelievable adventure that we would never take back. They turned lemons into lemonade with all the extras they threw in for the inconvenience of us not having power. We are definitely coming back. Not only is the property an amazing, but the location is great. Headlsburg has so much to offer and will not let you down. You would be a fool to not stay with Michael and Leslie! Best VRBO location I have ever stayed at:)

Wonderful Stay in Healdsburg at this Beautiful Home
This house is beautiful and charming, and the outdoor space simply cannot be beat. We loved the amazing outdoor kitchen and fire pit, hot tub and patio, sitting areas overlooking the vineyards, fully and thoughtfully equipped house, and lovely furnishings. Leslie was attentive and very helpful. The guests in the upstairs bedroom heard some road noise at night (busy harvest time) but then discovered the sound machine provided (so many thoughtful touches!) and that worked well. Otherwise, the property is very private, quiet and so comfortable. We had a perfect stay and can't wait to return! Thank you!

We wanted to have escape the SF fog to a warm wether lounging by the pool, and this house was perfect for the group. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens were fully stocked (we are a bunch of cooks so we know what's like), and we really appreciated all the spices! The pool was the perfect temperature, and thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the firepit. Overall, i couldn't have asked for more for my birthday weekend with the friends.

Best Rental Property out there
This property is truly incredible. The pool/outdoor area is perfect for entertaining and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. They have every piece of tech you can imagine to make your stay more enjoyable. It doesn't hurt that there is a vineyard on the property and that you are surrounded by them elsewhere. This is a remarkable property and the hosts are incredibly attentive to anything you need.

Great home!
My girlfriends and I rented this house to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house was in a great location, had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us, had great amenities and really was a fantastic place to just enjoy each other's company. We could truly relax! Everything was thought of including a wide flavor assortment of creamers for your coffee. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone!

Absolutely Stunning!
This is the perfect property for a weekend getaway with family and/or friends. It is well kept, easy to access, in the perfect location to fabulous Dry Creek Vineyards and has an amazing pool to cool off in after a warm day. The indoor and outdoor kitchen amenities make for wonderful gathers. The view from the the top of the hill is spectacular with morning coffee or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. We had the most amazing stay! We would definitely stay here again and again. The owner is easy to work with and communicates thoroughly and promptly. This is a 10 star property!

This is an amazing property. It is exceptionally well taken care of and filled with every amenity that you could wish for. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens are fabulous and leave you wanting for nothing. There were 8 in our group and we found there to be plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, pool, and fire pit areas. We will definitely be returning but next time will stay longer, four days was not enough to really settle in and enjoy both the house and the amazing area around Healdsburg

50th Birthday Weekend in Healdsburg
The house was beautiful – as shown in the pictures. Leslie and Michael were fabulous hosts; very prompt with replies when we had questions. They also sent very clear instructions ahead of time, so it was easy to find the house and get in the gate and door. I wanted to enjoy the backyard kitchen, but it was pouring rain the weekend we went. They offered to bring over a portable BBQ that we could put on the porch. We didn’t end up taking them up on the offer, but it was still appreciated. They also left us some wine from their winery to enjoy since they knew the rain would put a damper on some of our plans. We were a group of eight people – mostly singles – so it was also great that they have extra sofabeds and twin beds scattered throughout the house so that most of us could have our own bed. Everything was very well stocked – plenty of Keurig cups, condiments, and I was amazed how many phone charging cords were conveniently located all through the house. All in all, it was a beautiful house, well stocked, great hosts, and I would definitely recommend it for a large family or group of friends. If you're planning to go wine tasting, there are *plenty* nearby. We like the Wilson family wineries, and the wineries we visited were all within a few miles: Soda Rock, Wilson Winery, and DeLorimier. We also visited Ridge Lytton Springs, but there are plenty of great wineries nearby.

The most perfect backyard in Healdsburg!
We had an absolutely wonderful weekend in Healdsburg! The backyard was perfect for a larger group getting together and catching up. The owners (Leslie and MIchael) are incredible!!! They are unbelievably helpful, gracious, and just so sweet! We are definitely making this an annual trip and staying here every time :)

An amazing property
We absolutely loved staying at Leslie and Michael’s place. The house is very well-stocked and has everything you could possibly need. The group of us moms who stayed there were especially grateful for the well-stocked coffee bar. The yard is the crowning jewel of the house and is just spectacular. Leslie and Michael were extremely receptive and very easy to communicate with through the whole process. We love this house!

Amazing outdoor space and every amenity imaginable
We had a great stay, the backyard is the best, complete with great pool, fire pit, creek, and most importantly a well appointed outdoor kitchen that exceeds anyone’s needs. The house itself has 3 proper bedrooms but extra rooms for additional guests. Clean, well kempt, and kitchen fully stocked. We would come back here every year. Price is high for 3 bedrooms but obviously backyard is what drives up the cost. Worth it for a special weekend!

We had a fabulous time at the house! The host was very responsive and friendly. The house was fully stocked with cooking necessities not to mentions lots of coffee selections and flavors. ;) The pool was great and they even had fun floaties. WOW!
What a marvelous property! The house is a beautifully restored, and updated, 1910 farmhouse with charm and details to spare. This trip was just my husband and I, but it almost felt like a terrible waste not to have shared this with another couple. The only thing more lovely than the comfortable house, the backyard, I could have sat next to that pool forever. And on that glowing note, the house was also spotless! You're only a quick and easy drive to a dozen wineries, top notch stores and you couldn't swing a cat without hitting a restaurant with Michelin stars. We usually stay in Glen Ellen, but we found we actually prefer Healdsburg! NO annoying traffic jams and Healdsburg provides you with all the great amenities, minus the snobbery. Honestly, this house was probably the best home we've stayed in around wine country, and we've stayed in rentals for over 10 years. Thank you Leslie!

The entire stay was great as is the home, but the outdoor area stands out as extremely special. Was great to use the outdoor kitchen and have dinner together outdoors. They thought of all the little things - like phone charging chords next to all of the beds. Leslie was extremely helpful and accommodating. Hope to stay here again in the future.

I rented this beautiful house for my 50th Birthday weekend and let’s just say that we can’t wait to come back next year!!! This home was a very private with beautiful views of Alexander Valley. The backyard has so many beautiful things going on. From outdoor kitchen, pool waterfall, fire pit, creeks on the property, playground, huge outdoor table under the stars, front porch swing and so much more. My favorite was sitting around the fire pit with friends after a wonderful BBQ and then jumping in the jacuzzi looking at the stars and enjoying a glass of Chardonnay from the homeowners Vineyard. “Now that was the icing on my birthday cake” The homeowner Leslie was so easy to work with and was available anytime if we had questions. The only struggle we had was with the Apple TV remote. We found the directions to it the day we were checking out. LOL 😝 Thank you Leslie...We can’t wait to return next year!!!

Our stay at the Olch’s beautiful property in Healdsburg was absolutely wonderful!
The owners, Leslie & Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The communication with them was superb and so helpful with tips about the property and area. Their home, pool, outdoor kitchen and living space are fabulous. The house was very clean, comfortable and so well equipped to make our stay flawless. We went to Healdsburg with our family to bike through the wine country and could not have picked a better property or location to do so. We can not thank them enough for making our trip so memorable.

Leslie's property was even better in person. The outdoor space was just so lovely and great for a gathering with friends and family. The house was clean and came with lots of great features. We especially loved the large built-in breakfast griddle in the kitchen and the outdoor grill/bar area (not to mention how fully stocked they were with all of the cooking apparatus you can think of! Leslie was so accommodating and thoughtful. Prior to our arrival, she sent us a list of places to visit in the area. When one of us accidentally left an earring at the house, she offer to ship it to us after our departure! 5/5 highly recommend!!
