The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.”

“The Riveredge property is very dated, and in need of maintenance. A few specific items: clear packing tape used to close carpet seams throughout the building; poorly outfitted fitness center; in our room, a window that had fallen out of the track, and a sliding closet door that also out of track. Bed was uncomfortable. A bright spot: the Windows restaurant for breakfast. Overall, we were disappointed enough to cut our 6-day stay to 3.”
