I had booked a non smoking, king bed room and they only had a smoking room. We have allergies so that didn’t work. We also needed a first floor room and they ended up giving us a non smoking room on the second floor with 2 queen beds. Not what we asked for but the girl at the front desk did what she could.

The beds were not properly built and made noise when ever you laid on them. Loud springs noises. We requested the room to be service half way through our stay, room was never serviced. Had to go to front desk for towels. Had to take out our own trash.

Overall our stay was good. However, there was a problem with the HVAC unit which we reported to management. Nothing was ever done to resolve the issue. Fortunately, it didn’t cause a problem.

Booked a King room and they double booked the room. Ended up with a double queen room. Attempted to switch to correct room and they gave me 15 minutes to change rooms and I was in a conference. Breakfast was not cold and bland.

The hotel room itself was decent. The room & shower seemed to have been was updated. The room was pretty clean. However, the faucet for the sink sprayed everywhere. Bed was ok minus the squeaks it would make when I’d roll over. Remote worked half the time for the tv. We could smell weed smoke and charcoal smoke from the neighbor below us. They don’t have enough parking for all of their guests. Most of the time we had to park in the gravel lot behind the hotel. We had a *lovely* wake up call from our neighbor hacking and coughing at 5am. every morning. I definitely would not recommend anyone staying with their kids at this hotel. If you are a single dude looking for somewhere to stay. This is up your alley. Unfortunately for us as a family, it was a definite miss. Again, the room was nice for what we paid for. The atmosphere was just very off putting.

I would recommend handicap parking on both sides, & have the construction workers park their big trucks in the overflow parking.. also add an elevator

I learned as I arrived on site that the property was going through a renovation. That being said, I was given a room that was recently converted, and it was extremely dirty with a negative odor. There were dead bugs on the countertops, and the floors needed to be mopped to eliminate all the debris left behind from the renovation. The staff was nice and changed my room after I informed them of the situation. I just think for the amount of money they expect, they could deliver a nicer product.

The staff was amazing. The property was gross. Smelled of pot and mold. Condition of the rooms was not the best window was broken, the refrigerator was leaking, bathroom was very dirty.

Older hotel, building age is showing.
Great staff, hotel facility was definitely older and had not been too updated, room smelled a little musty (was a non-smoking room) but did not smell like cigarettes, shower was lacking water pressure but had plenty of hot water. Room appeared clean and bed seemed decent aside from having too few pillows. Breakfast was decent. Cheapest room we could get in the area and was still not that cheap.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower and sink was very low. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Sausage was cold. Ran our of eggs 1 1/2 hours before it closed but staff were in no hurry to make more.
