Let me start by stating, the front desk staff person was super friendly and nice. Slight bobble on our check in, but he was efficient and corrected things. Our unit was a 2 room suite, so I was pleasantly surprised. It was VERY clean, as far as bathroom, surface areas, bedding, but I hate sticky floors, and felt like I had to keep my shoes on. that could just be the cleaning product, but usually is because of not using fresh water each time. That is minor. Also, I was happy there wasn't a mold or other odor in the room, so that was good. Good cable and TVs in both rooms. Bed was comfy. NO sign of bugs at all! Kitchen area nice. Now on to the Cons...NO working ice machine, as advertised, had to try to find the pool, lol, but it was a nice one, lamps that don't work, burn holes in blanket, torn curtains (but drapes were good for privacy, being on the ground floor) kitchen cabinets kinda shabby, and you could tell the owners had put some effort into repairing walls, paint, etc. The huge minus for me was the couch and chairs. They were so badly stained and broken down, I really hesitated to sit on them. Go to Good will or the ReStore and get one for $50 that is clean. Would I go back? Possibly. The place seemed to have nice employees and tried to maintain it somewhat, but get the ice machine and furniture resolved (and cigarette holes in bedding) and it would be a good place to stay for the area. We were there for the rodeo, and with another one in Oct, may stay here again.

Please check area around property. Undesirable location. Have to ring bell outside to get in in afternoon. Room nothing like photo. Ruined part of my vacation. Did not feel safe with men hanging around outside hotel will not use knights in again

We arrived late and left early, so it served our purpose of a place to sleep, but I would not recommend. The room had lots of problems. There were light bulbs not working. The tv remote didn't work...we had to unplug it to turn it off. The pillows were very hard. The bed quilts had burn holes. There was at least one electrical outlet that did not have a cover.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. Absolutely disgusting, the sheets weren’t changed and their were bugs under the mattress. Could not stay but was told I’d still be charged. Went to a different hotel and will NEVER be going back there.

the checking in was simple and personnel was friendly. The room smelled musty. The parking in the rear was completely empty and we were not sure if the car would be safe there In the morning there were more cars. the room was quiet but very old.

The motel it’s is only if you are traveling for business and need to stay at a cheaper place, but my complaint is about the bathroom, a toilet in a very bad condition, the walls of the bathroom, the floor and door all in a very bad conditions overall the room only was not good but good enough

The room I selected online had a couch and a bed. I paid extra to get this room. I needed the couch for one of us to sleep on. The room ad stated it was for three people (large bed + couch). The room I was given didn't have the couch - just the bed. I complained, but nothing was done to correct this mistake. To Knights Inn: Please don't advertise something that you won't deliver. There are bright lights outside of the rooms. They are VERY bright. The curtains block light from coming through the curtain, but the bright light comes into the room along all edges of the curtain. It lights up the room like daytime. To Knights Inn: Turn off those bright lights just outside the rooms, or find a way to block it from going in. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable. The water, fridge, and microwave worked well. I felt safe there. I could park my car adjacent to my room - very convenient.

Ice machine broken since Iann,told i could buy ice next door.bed spreads had stains and cigarette holes,in a no smoking motel,chair had stains,turned it over more stains,bathtub dirty, spigot pulled off wall ,tòilet seat not connected to toilet,wall kleenex holder empty, left over food from other guest left in freezer,low rent neighborhood, totally in disrepair &maintainence .The price I paid for that night was 50 percent more than their current rate and the parking lot was evidence of their neglect , ironically a mile up the road was 2 clean looking motels and parking lot full,no I am not a happy man and I will think twice before I use your booking service again, no animosity , just reality, ,B.Keefer

Hotel was dirty and smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay there. Light fixture in the bathroom was missing the light fixture by the bed was missing hole in the bedroom comfortable hole in the bedroom chair. The whole room was just dirty, and there was a smell throughout the room that was just so bad that we didn’t even stay there. I just went back up and get my money back, false advertisement by there standards and mine ridiculous should be shut down until repairs and updates are taken care of

It’s was very expensive for the condition it was in. There where crawling roaches and it was dirty. The room was located in a dark parking lot it was not safe. The ice machine did not work and overall it was a terrible experience I had staying at a motel.

This place is terrible. Toilet not bolted to floor, tv gets only one channel, remote broken. Water smells and only lukewarm, not warm enough for shower. Lamp shades missing. Most of light bulbs missing. Grounds and pool area run down and dirty. I checked out ahead of schedule because I couldn't stand it anymore. The only goo thing I can say is the housekeeping ladies did the best they could with what they had to work with.

Expedia charged me close to $350 a night. The walk-in would have been that much for the whole week. They were damaged in the last hurricane. Grounds were a mess. The room next to me hat 4 construction workers who were living there for a fraction of the cost. I guess this why my donation to the cause. Really misleading of Expedia. Shame on you. I’m a disabled senior with li tied funds but found myself in a bind for lodging

Rude staff. Noisy / with loud music and loud conversation right outside my door. Booked 2 beds.. only got 1 w/ no cots avail. They blamed it on booker but my confirmation clearly said 2 queen beds. Nasty bed spread w/ cigarette burns. 2 flat old pillows Cig butts all over parking lot. This place was disgusting

It was disgusting. The room had blood on the wall,spiderwebs in the bathroom and dirty sheets. Not to mention I was supposed to get 2 queen beds and was given 1 full bed. I brought it up to the manager and they told me it was not their issue to deal with hotel.com.

Worst motel I have stayed in a long time
Even though I had the confirmation email from the hotel, they said my reservation was canceled, so they charged me at the desk. I had reserved a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room; it stunk, and there were burn marks on the blanket. I stepped into the room, and a roach ran right in front of me. I turned on the light next to the door to find a lamp fixture with a bare bulb and no lampshade. I looked at the ceiling and saw that the smoke detector had been removed. I went to the bathroom to find the toilet paper dispenser hanging on the wall by one screw(ever hear of drywall screws??) I was thankful to have toilet paper at this point. I turned the AC (control cover fell off in my hands) on only to discover that it blew straight up the curtains and was cooling the windows and nothing else. I used my cane to block the curtain against the window so the AC could blow into the room. It was pointless as after 30 minutes the AC was just blowing lukewarm air and not cooling anything. I turned on the light next to the bed and it took three tries for the push button to work --- it would not turn off, however, so I had to reach behind the nightstand with the non-working clock to unplug it from the wall. When I laid down to sleep, I saw two roaches climbing up the wall. Somehow I managed to sleep but woke up to the floor soaking wet, including the backpack that I laid next to the bed, from the AC. TV and mini fridge worked so you have to give them that.....
