Beware Bed Bugs

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: Sebring is a great little town - love the historic district and plan to go back. The Garden Cafe was beautiful and had great food.
When we came to check in, no one was at the desk. Rang the bell and waited - no one appeared. Finally I tracked down a worker in the banquet hall who came to the desk, rang the bell again, and then said someone should be coming. Then the worker went back to the banquet hall. After about ten minutes the attendant came to the desk and checked us in. No apology, no conversation at all. The room appeared nice enough for the price, but needed to be vacuumed, tub looked like it could've been wiped down a little better. At around 2 AM I woke up to use the bathroom and saw a bed bug by my foot, which I killed. I then stripped off the blankets - no other bugs in sight but no way I could go back to sleep. I sat up all night with all the lights on, basically on alert for other bed bugs, then left as soon as it was daylight and the cafe in town was open. Don't recommend. Would have been better off sleeping in my car or paying a little more for one of the other hotels in town.

Pros: The price was good and we loved the free breakfast.
Cons: The beds were small. Would have liked queen beds. Had ants in our sink.
Location: Location was great.

Cons: needs refreshed and ant problems solved. open bar and and restuarant
the bar and restaurant are not open anymore. they should be taken of the online info and pictures. spoke with several other customers and also had ant problems. in the bed, bath, sink, everywhere

We stay here often.

Pros: price better than others. clean& pool.
Cons: lacking maintenence
Location: cant find a lot to do, but good food arounf and 20min from prison/airForceBase
It is on the lower end of the budget. clean and comfy and a lovely pool.

The room was adequate but the pool was disgusting.. It needed a good cleaning as well as the grounds around the pool.

Never again

I was traveling with an 11 year old and 7 month old. We were excited to use the pool but when we got their, we were so disgusted. There were black moldy dots all over the pool. We wound up in our room watching tv for the rest of the night. Not ideal. They also said they had a crib available. What they brought was a pack n play. Something I did not want my child in because of the proximity to the floor that hundreds of people have walked on. I had to rig something up so he could sleep in the bed with me and not fall out. The guy who brought the pack n play, supposedly the maintenance man entered our room talking on his cell. I attempted to ask him how to work our air because the high setting didn't seem to be working. he continued to talk on his cell for a little longer and finally hung up and walked to our ac unit. He obviously didn't speak English because he just kept saying "yes hi low yes" and didn't get what I was telling him. I finally said forget it and he left. Our room phone also did not work so I had to call the front desk through my cell. They don't answer, so don't bother. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Pros: The check-in process was smooth. Front Desk staff was pleasant and made me feel really welcome.
Cons: The Continental Breakfast could have a little more variety.
Location: Plenty of good places to eat plus a shopping mall just a few minutes away. There are also 2 Walmart Supercenter stores in the area.
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The whole process, from booking online to check in and check out, was a good one for me.The room was clean and comfortable.

quality inn???????? or bad quality inn.....

The hotel was very clean, nice people, but I forgot my pillow I called the same date I leave the hotel, and the pillow disappear, even when I called the same date only 3 hours later, the maid wake me up that morning to clean the room, even when the DO NO DISTURB sing was at the door, the wake up at 10 I still have 1 more hour to sleep.......
