We had a great stay here. We were very happy with the property cleanliness and the upkeep. Breakfast in the morning was adequate and a nice amenity for the stay. The staff was very friendly as well.

We saw a bug the first night that I think just came in from outside. The morning though we saw a roach. Won’t be back. The rooms were big size.

The bed / room was gross. pulled back sheets and bugs in the bed. Stains all over mattress. I canceled my reservation and left immediately.

Hotel was a mix of nice and slightly worn. Granite table sink and countertops with rusty light fixtures. Nice lobby and breakfast with garishly painted rooms. Not really bad for the price but nothing to write home about.

Heat didn’t work. Covered a small plug in heater Hotel is extremely TIRED. Needs major renovations. Won’t go back till that is done

Barhroom lock stuck alot, mildew on curtains, frig rusted and not cooling well, only bathroom light snd 1 small light by bed worked, so room stayed dark, tub had reddish stains which were unable to be removed, foot print on side of tub.

The front desk people were very nice. The property is unclean, unkempt, and unsafe. I fell on the wet painted pavement in front of the entrance. Painted cement should have some texture to it to prevent people from slipping and falling. When I tried to get up, I slipped again because I couldn’t get any traction. Two people had to pick me upright.

bathroom was so small you had to step into the narrow space between toilet and tub to allow enough room to close the door. The shower plastic handle was chipped with sharp edges. Room did not have even basic cable only 3 or 4 channels of direct tv. Had to kill 2 wasps in room and wife is allergic

Our stay was terrible, we couldn't take a shower due to it not working and that's a problem because I had my 7 month old grandson with me. The phone didn't work and the TV service was terrible. I would like a refund

The hotel is under new ownership of only a few months. There has been a upgrade in progress to the place as I have stayed there for an event over the pa st three years. If you are looking for a higher quality stay, then there are other hotels like LaQuinta. The Croix is a clean, average place to stay. Loved the soft bed.The staff was friendly and attentive.Breakfast is average of the usual fare of scrambled eggs, sausage and waffle iron. My only real negativesare the tubs need something for non-slippage and the absence of workable ice machines. The rates are reasonable for the stay.

If you’re Looking for somewhere Peaceful but Near By , this is the place to go . The people there are Very Nice . Booking wasn’t a hassle . Very much underrated.

Old hotel but very well kept and worth the money!!
The hotel has no curbside appeal and appears very old. However, we were pleasantly surprised how clean and kept the room was. The morning breakfast was okay…nothing spectacular… but we still ate it! The employees (Eesha, Maria, and Jose) were extremely professional and courteous. For the price and location… we will definitely stay here again.
