Doesn’t live up to the Hilton name

Posted Oct 16, 2017
We booked a room with two queen beds, but there was literally only one towel in the whole room. No hand towels or anything. The blankets were paper thin and when I asked for another one because our thermostat was broken, they brought me up a sheet. The shower was also impossible to figure out and I’ve stayed in hotels all over Europe and never had a problem.

Close to Heathrow

Great hotel, just down from Hatten Cross tube stop on Picadilly line. Great beds, clean rooms & comfortable. Easy transport to Heathrow (take tube or you can take Hoppa bus) it comes to hotel every hour- not sure times at night though. Costs 4.5£

convenient to London Heathrow and to the tube

Posted Oct 14, 2017
Pros: proximity to the airport and to the tube; breakfast was fantastic; insulation from noise of jets continually flying overhead
Location: ideal location for a traveler needing access to the airport or to the tube
The Hilton Garden Inn was fine. I stayed 2 different nights wrapped around a trip to Poland. Both nights were interrupted, through no fault of the hotel. First night, there was a malfunction in the fire alarm system, and the hotel had to be evacuated at 3 am. Second night, I had to ask for a room change because of extremely noisy school kids on a field trip. The staff was very accommodating on both nights.

Good Hotel

Posted Oct 11, 2017
Pros: Quiet rooms and location to LHR
Cons: Redo airconditioning
Location: nothing much
Quiet with triple glazed windows. Wall to wall carpeting in rooms and hallways. As the windows do not open check first that the air-conditioning is working as some rooms (on lower floors ) are faulty. Very convenient to Piccadilly line tube back to airport or into town (200 yard walk to station) no need to wait for airport bus and tube trains are very frequent.Too far out at the airport to do much London site seeing from here but ideal for flights to and from LHR.

A bed for the night before our flight.

Nothing special. Nothing bad just somewhere to sleep close to the airport. It still cost a 20 pound taxi fare to get to Heathrow or 10 pounds in a shuttle for the two of us.

Quick ride to Terminal 4 only 5 mins away.

Posted Oct 9, 2017
Pros: Comfortable quiet room-lucky to have view over garden to field with horses-planes flying over their heads.
Cons: Happy to stay again
Easy access to Terminal 4 Heathrow. Great for early flight departures. Caribbean style buffet prior to flight departure interesting but could not recommend it.

Nice hotel close to the airport

The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable but a little small. The food in the bar was excellent. Overall I would recommend this Hotel for a short stay.
