Excellent staff but other issues

Location: There did not seem to be more around but I had limited time to explore past what was nearest.
The staff were absolutely superb - every one of them! I know it is a budget hotel but the food could have been better and the flashing smoke alarm light in my bedroom disturbed my sleep every night. If they could stop the flashing night in the rooms then I would stay here again.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable..
Cons: Bit of org on reception
Location: Arrivals at airport
Given wrong room , Entered a room at 23:00, a couple were asleep. Came back down to reception to be allocated another .Had a telephone shake at 02:30 wrong room. Had to be up at 05:30. Appreciated system went down..

Disappointment

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I feel that your hotel needs an overhaul
Location: the hotel is close to heathrow airport there is nothing to do around the hotel that we could see
when we arrived at the hotel we did not find the front desk staff very friendly. Then when we went to our room we were very disappointed with the overall size and condition of the room, the room really looked like it needed a overhaul and paint job. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum and at the Holiday Inn at Glasgow Airport and found them All Around Outstanding .

Average hotel, close to Heathrow Airport

Average hotel, pleasing staff, but needs renovating. Room was dated and bathroom suite/decor was very old.

The hotel was ideal from location point of view.Also very helpfull and good staff. Room are fit for purpose.

Conveniently close to airport

Overall it was nice and convenient for a one-day lay-over. For a real beer and a pie ... I recommend walking down the road to the 3-Magpie pub.

I am a frequent traveler. Never have I had such a scary experience . Ladies behind the desk are consistently rude , front desk phone is never picked up . Rooms and towels filthy carpet dirty Bedbugs ! Do not visit

Great for Airport

Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, clean rooms.
Cons: Only 1 porter trolley, seats in bar area can be uncomfortable.
Location: Close to airport terminals. and if time permits the train from the airport to central London takes about an hour.
Have stayed here several times, staff are very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, very slick process for wake up calls and taxi (there is a shuttle but we have never taken it). Food and bar area okay, but seats slightly uncomfortable , decor in hotel slightly dated, but everywhere clean and functional.
