The hotel was normal average Marriott standard, however it was severely let down by the standard of the restaurant. Dissappointing! Service was slow, disorganized and over-priced. Chefs worked really hard to get food out on time, yet despite their best efforts, meals lay waiting to be delivered for 5 minutes or more. Won’t be using the restaurant again.

Pros: Location and cvleanliness
Cons: Room service needs better range of options and tray charge (c. £5 on top of food) is a bit heavy. Drinkls are pricey
The hotel is near the end of its improvements - which have included adding a Carluccio restaurant implant to handle dining. The quality of the food was very good and restaurant staff helpful. Room service though was only warm when it arrived. Rooms are very comfortable with good size TV. No significant noise despite proximity to airport

Pros: Convenient and clean.
Convenient location to Terminal 3. Room was spotlessly clean, refreshing smell, and very quiet. Comfy beds. Check-in was quick and efficient. Executive Lounge breakfast was excellent. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was average, but decently priced. Would highly recommend this hotel for a Heathrow layover.

This hotel is close to the London Heathrow Airport. If you take a taxi here it will cost about 26£ or 5£ per person ages 16+ on the bus. The bus and taxi ride takes the same amount of time- have cash for the bus. The hotel is modern and clean but I do have one remark about the overall cleanliness of our room- there was a peanut M&M left on the floor in a very visible spot and it wouldn’t have been an issue except for the fact that we have peanut allergies. Overall though, nice and clean. The room had a couple of USB plug ins as well as a standard North American and European plug in, which were very convenient. We also appreciated having an empty bar fridge to keep a few things cold. The front lobby staff were the only staff we had interactions with and were friendly and accommodating. Check in and check our were seamless. The rooms are of a good size for the UK. The windows are small, the hallways are a bit narrow. The elevators are fast. They have a nice breakfast spread and nice variety of takeaway food items. The pool has great hours.

Cons: See above, absence of easy access to free wi-fi.
Location: Didn't have time to explore.
Exceptionally clean and well maintained. But, couldn't connect to free Wi-fi, if it was even offered.

Pros: This time everything. Great effort by all.
Cons: Keep these staff and give them a raise. Fire the ones on duty on 7 December.
Following my dissappointed review on 9 December, this stay was fantastic. Great service, friendly helpful staff, excellent refurbished room. No grumps like last time. Even got my bags delivered and picked up to / from room.

Wifi was included in listing. Booking confirmation showed wifi with additional payment. Called expedia immediately and they confirmed wifi was included. While checking in, was told it is not included. Not sure where was the problem, exoedia or hotel.
