Disappointed that free wifi is not included when you book through Hotels.com!!!!

Hotel building is fine. However dinner was ordered at 7pm and was not served until 8-30 pm. When brought to managements attention getting a response was also very slow. Then small tokens promised in return were not fully delivered upon.Internal communications seemed poor (or it was a delaying tactic). Arrived early for check-in but the rooms requested were not available. 9 rooms booked. Arrived at 3pm but did not receive final 3 rooms until 6pm !!!!!

Not really what I expected out of Sheraton. A tad disappointed.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. We ate at the bar in the evening preferring the more relaxed feel over the resturant. Highly recommend the Greek salad, plenty of it and very fresh. We also ate the pizza which was very good. There are shuttle buses that run regularly to the terminals however for Terminal 4 it was a case of either taking two separate shuttle buses or going to a different terminal and catching the express train to terminal 4. My only recommendation for the hotel is to offer free wifi to guests in their rooms. The hotel does offer free wifi in the main lounge area, however i personally prefer to relax in my room and most hotels in the surrounding area offer free Wifi in the guest rooms. Wifi for the room is charged at £15 per night, parking is also charged at the same rate. Overall I would stay here again.

Cons: Room service
The hotel is conveniently placed for Heathrow airport, with a regular shuttle bus, there is a charge for this service. The room was comfortable, unfortunately the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly so ended up turning it off. We did not contact housekeeping as we were only there for one night. Booked room service breakfast to be delivered for 7.15am the next morning, it didn't arrive, notified the staff when we checked out, who were very sorry and did offer us a complimentary breakfast, unfortunately we were unable to use as we were catching the shuttle. I would stay again as it was very comfortable.

pretty nice hotel. Only down side was noise, we were kept awake most of the night with noise from the corridor
