“This is a very spacious and comfortable home. It is conveniently located in town. The neighborhood is quiet. The outdoor seating was protected from the wind and rain. This made it nice to sit outside. My only downside is the beds were firmer than I’m use to. This is a personal preference.”

“Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. ”

“The oven on the range did not work but the stove, toaster oven and microwave did. The refrigerator was a perfect size! Big enough for all the groceries and beverages. Basic wares were availabile to use as well as cleaning supplies. Could have used more kitchen towels and butter knives. Loved that the kitchen amd dining room were in the same area of the living room. The pellet stove was a nice addition. There is a washer and dried available to use.Beds were Queen Size and comforterable. Well……

“Did not get our code to the door until an hour and a half after our check-in time. Attempts to reach out throughout the day of check-in were met with AI auto generated responses. Also were never given a unit number, just a general address for the complex itself. So after waiting for the code, I then I had to call, go through several touch tones before finally getting through to someone to get the unit number. The place itself is fine. As long as everyone wakes up at the same time. The stairs are……

“The apartment was very much as described - modern and clean with comfortable beds. The property is conveniently located near Old Town Florence.. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout and communication with the host was easy and positive. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation spot in Florence.”
