Wir haben die Wohnung vor allem wegen der sehr guten Erreichbarkeit und Nähe zu bestimmten Orten ausgewählt, die Zeitangaben zum Beispiel fußläufig zum Festspielhaus und Liebesbier sind aber leider deutlich zu kurz angesetzt.
