Convenient and great stay!!

Staff was very friendly and willing tohelp with any questions. Had the key to our room mess up and lost another of our keys and staff helped us replace both quickly. This place is much nicer than other hotels in the area with the same rating. The only downfall was that there was a washcloth left on the top of the shower rail. This made me wonder how clean it was. other than that i would highly recommend the place there was many nice restaurants within walking distance. And the hiking that we went to helen for was not too far either! We had a very great time!

Horrible booking system

Called to confirm booking, arrived 3 hrs later to be told there were no rooms. After another reservation wasn't filled, I was given their room (which had no towels, tv was broke) Try someplace else

Hotel is old and in need of renovations--- pool was green No coffee maker--no mini refrigerator check in person was very nice. close to downtown Helen Ga.

This is a horrible hotel. We showed up and they sold our room. If you want to show up on vacation and not have a place to stay, come here. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Pros: Parking
Cons: Everything inside the room. Shower, bed, wifi, roaches
Location: Monday's Pub,
Wouldn't send my worst enemy here, no microwave, refrigerator, no wifi, smell. Parking was good, local pub next door

Decent enough. Room had a strong perfume smell. Pretty basic, but was expecting that.

Oky! We can't call it hotel . It's motel.

We went to helen to enjoy the water park and the river activities. This place has a great location to them and to the downtown. The room was oky, you cam sleep in it. The corridors are dirty and not clean at all. A lot of spiders and ants in the corridor.

Amazing staff

Great place for family time! The only negatives was no microwave (for easy meals) or mini fridge for cold drinks!!!! But the staff were very friendly and generous!!! We would stay again!!!!
