Nice place

Not bad for the price. I payed 110 one time for the same kind of room. I only paid 73 here. The staff was very nice and respectable. I would gladly come back here.

Pros: not much left on Labor Day.
Cons: Breakfast and a room for it...
Location: Smoky Mts.
Carpet is a little tired Biggest dissapointment was no room for breakfast. only 3 small tables, and they were full. Had to stand for a bowl of cereal. walked in with 4 other people and 1 donut left. The second day no donuts, and only a small amount of cereal left. They really shouldn't advertise breakfast.

Hotel room needs condemned gave me a smoking room at first changed rooms new room smelled horrid carpet was dirty walls had mold ceiling in bathroom had water damage blankets had burn holes wall paper pealing television picture was snowy case was broken etc

Cheap housing for local people

Pros: Cold air conditioning....
Location: Across the street from Waffle House.
Walked in a non-smoking room and smelled smoke. Seemed to be a place where local people live. People in and out all hours of the night. Hanging all over the baclconies smoking. Poor excuse for breakfast, Thawed waffles and stale cereal. Poor experience.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the hotel. I hope we can do better next time. The problem with the smoke in non smoking rooms are that this is a people place and it is hard to to recognize the people at checkin that break the rules for non smoking rooms. deeply sorry.

Hotel un peu vieillot - Personnel peu accueillant

Hôtel décevant : accueil peu aimable, petit déjeuner indigent mais surtout mauvaise surprise : l'hôtel avait été réservé et pré-payé via Expedia mais l'hôtelier s'est servi sur ma carte bancaire. J'ai donc payé deux fois l'hôtel. Je n'arrive pas à croire que cela puisse être involontaire. Je vois avec Expédia pour me faire rembourser !

The bed was comfortable but room was horrible. There was black electrical tape holding up drawers, ceiling was peeling and hanging down.

a place to stay

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but there were some men hanging out by our hotel room that made us nervous. One of them tried to get in our room late at night. I am sure he thought he was trying to get in his room, but for 2 women (me and my daughter) staying by ourself, it made us nervous. Not a big variety for breakfast. Probably will not stay here again.

Cons: Tear down, rebuild
Location: Hard to locate
Not enough towels & bath cloths, air conditioner was either too cold or too hot, coffee was terrible, would not recommend.

Stay away!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Clean the rooms and be sure hotel safety is a priority.
The staff is rude. The chain on my door was not even screwed in. Room was filthy and smelled awful.... Never ever stay here!
