We paid extra for a room with multiple beds of which one was hard as a rock (as if it had two box springs on it instead of a mattress ) and was broken so we couldn't use it. There was apparently no one there to fix that sort of thing because I told the front desk immediately and when we realized all the probes and that we would be gone for a while if anyone came to try to fix. The room had no latch and the double bolt would not work. The room also had a tv that didn't work properly, no soap and lights that didn't work. Then to top it off, breakfast advertised a hot breakfast and was closer to a very limited continental breakfast and the ice machine didn't work. A complete disappointment!

I loved the location of the Inn. The room itself was great. The bathroom not so much but that being said I’m sure not every bathroom was like mine. I was in walking distance from most of the major places I wanted to visit. Overall I will probably use this place again because of the overall value and it’s location

My shower was broke so I had to move rooms after I already unpacked and finished my dinner to an upstairs room that wasn’t very convenient and their were baby roaches around the tv and fridge in both rooms . And the tv remotes don’t work unless u are right next to the direct tv box that is mounted on the back of the tv stand

Room was run down. Shower curtain road was pulling out of the wall and made it very hard to shower without getting spray all over the bathroom. Multiple ceiling stains and the walls had various patches looked like they hadn't employed a professional to complete the patch work. Carpet frayed at entrance door and door was very difficult to open with the key card. Typically required multiple attempts before the door would open.

I paid for a 2 queen beds and the room only had one bed, the front desk said that there are no more rooms available after I offered to pay more for another one even though I shouldn’t have the need to pay more and she said that the hotel is sold out not respecting my request.
