Major problem with the shower. Refund requested.

I was initially given the room key/card for 109. The card would not work in the door so the night attendant switched me to room 110. Everything was fine except when taking a shower. The rod had been broken from the wall and some attempt to fix it made, but it was not done well. The rod drooped down and the shower curtain would not stay closed. Unless I held it closed, which was a MAJOR PAIN, it would be open about 14 inches near the head of the tub, getting large amounts of water on the floor. A few minutes prior to checking out I spoke to the manager about it, indicating I felt a refund, or at least partial refund, was in order. He wasn't the least bit concerned about the situation. I was short on time so could not do anything about it, other than him telling me I had to go through the place I had booked my room to request a refund. I have photos I took of the problem. I cannot access the photos right now, as they are in my photo and it just died, but am happy to send them if this is anything you are willing to follow-up on. Personally, I have too many things going on to spend a lot of time on this unfortunate situation.

Very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your time with us. After our complete remodel, some of the shower curtain rods were installed backwards! This motel was clean, quite and the bed was so comfortable. They accomodated our dog and this was probably one of the most enjoyable stay in a Motel that Ive had. Price was very very reasonable! Ive stayed at much more expensive and more "fancy" places and those places had nothing more to offer than this motel! Will be staying there again! Thank you!

Nice hotel , super friendly staff

Great choice , room was clean and beds compfortable . I only would have liked a sink in the bathroom . The only sink we had was the area with the coffee maker, not a ideal place to brush your teeth and not nice to spit in the sink when there is coffee brewing.

Excellent place to stay.

Pros: Gentlemen at front desk went out of his way to assist us in getting a room prior to the normal 3:00 PM check in time. We had a wedding to attend at 4:00 and needed to get dressed. Wedding was thirty + minutes away. Special thanks to him.
Cons: No early check in prior to 3:00 pm. ( Thank goodness for front desk manager heeding my plea. )

Lovely hotel near amenities

This is not a five star hotel but value for money I would give it five stars. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were large, clean and everything we wanted. I have stayed in hotels in three continents and this hotel provided all my needs for a VERY reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this hotel as long as you are not looking for five star luxury. It was very clean and comfortable. Although the bathrooms could be updated they were sparkling clean, plenty of hot water and towels. A most enjoyable stay.

Just a overnite stay. Place was clean and up to par for the price. Power went out, wife freaked out, but they were on the job walking the property all the while. Easy to find and very quiet.

ACT OFF GOD THE POWER WENT OUT IN WHOLE TOWN EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE ON BUT THEY DO NOT LAST LONG BUT MAY BE 4 HRS BUT WE WALK THE HOTEL EVERY HOUR FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY AS WE DO EVERY 2 HRS EVERY DAY.
