Great Stop Over

Posted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Staff were very friendly
Cons: A continental breakfast was included but by the time we got to it there wasn't a lot of selection.
We stopped here on our way home. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. The added touch of a managers dinner gave it a very homey feeling.

Quiet and convenient

Close to restaurants and grocery store. It was a good value. Quiet and clean. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again and I am picky!

Great location on the outskirts of town.

Posted Aug 12, 2015
Great location, just as you are coming into town. The hotel is pet friendly that features free wifi, a well maintained pool/hot tub, and a Continental breakfast that was decent. Our room had a refrigerator and the usual amenities. It appeared clean, however found that the sheets on the one bed were dirty. The front desk was very apologetic and put us in another room that did not have a refrigerator. The price for the rooms was great, but expect a clean room where there are no signs of the previous occupant.

Friendly helpful staff make the trip better.

All of our concerns were met with in a very timely manner by staff that took pride in their job. The location was great just of the 12 and the I-15.

Felt like a mini-suite.

Larger than a typical motel room, with a separate sitting area with sofa. AND cleaner than your average motel room also. A very nice surprise. I'll definitely use next time I return to Helena.

Not what you would expect

I have stayed at Baymonts before. This is not a Baymont. Hotel needs a lot of work.

Pros: The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Cons: just the breakfast facilities
Location: we were only there overnight both times so entertainment wasn't on our list. There are fast food places close and a grocery store nearby.
The hotel in general is OK however, their breakfast facilities are way too small. We have stayed 2 times and once we opted to go out for breakfast and the third time we took coffee and returned to our room. This is only because of a lack of room. There were only 5 tables and when everyone comes and wants to sit, space is at a premium. We never did eat anything there because it was way too crowded.

Solid hotel for one night stay in Helena.

Pros: Great staff.
Location: Visit the State Capitol building or take a walk in Helena City Park.
Good hotel for quick stay in Helena. A little dated but that reflects well in the cost.

Great staff

If the Baymont was as nice as their staff it would be a 5 star hotel. The facility was sub-par. It was dingy and a old looking. My room was clean but again there was a dinginess to the room. The breakfast was very good but the area to eat breakfast in is very cramped. I would stay at the Baymont again but only because the staff was so stellar.
