Wonderful and full of value

Posted Sep 4, 2017
What an excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a free shuttle to and from downtown, which was amazing and allowed us to have a night-full of fun without worrying about drinking and driving! The breakfast was also incredible. A total 5 of 5, no doubt!

Generally disappointing

Posted Sep 4, 2017
Pros: The included breakfast was really good.
Cons: See above. It needs a facelift to bring it out of the 70s.
The hotel smelled wierd. The ac unit had something loose inside which made it noisy and hard to get to sleep. Sometime during the night it stopped blowing cold air as well. One of the bedspreads had some hard crusty spots on it. The faucet leaked on the counter when you turned it on.

It was an okay hotel. Breakfast was excellent. We had the AC on the entire night and it was loud. The end tables still had soda rings on them that were sticky.

Great hotel!

Posted Aug 30, 2017
Pros: the staffs, cleanliness.
Cons: Maybe the wifi connection range.
Location: There is Cathedral of St. Helene within 2 miles, and the downtown area of Helena nearby (6-10 minutes drive). The location is strategic.
I booked it last minute during my trip to Helena, Montana. The staffs were super friendly, helpful, and nice! The room also really clean. The bathroom was small but it's also very clean! It even comes with free breakfast. The only downside was the wifi did not work in my room. I called the receptionist and he was super nice enough to call the maintenance department to fix it, but it still did not work. Still, it's very good hotel! Defo I'll recommend this place to my friends who will visit there.

Shower, sleep, leave. How much more do I have to say to get the review to close?

Actually 2 hotels with vastly different attributes

Posted Aug 26, 2017
Pros: Free food and drinks were good.
Cons: Jorgenson should list each property separately so that the customer gets what was advertised.
I should've read more reviews before booking. We booked, assuming all rooms were similar. In fact, this rate got us the "old"building which hasn't been updated for years. Room was Ok at best, very run down and old school motel-ish. We couldn't get internet, although we tried the numerous Jorgenson password-free networks on the phone and Mac. I sought out the assistant manager, who explained that the old building was concrete and therefore internet was poor. She gave me another network to try. Walked back to old building, still no luck. She told me that for an additional $10 per night we could upgrade to the new building. She further explained that when listing a property on Expedia, you can only check yes or no to whether there is internet, so that while the description shows high speed internet, it really only is reliable in the new building. We discussed false advertising and my general frustration. She ultimately agreed to upgrade us to the new building without additional charge. New room was much better with working internet.Breakfast included was quite good. We stayed 3 nights. After the first night our room was serviced by pulling up the quilt (bed not made) and we received coffee, but not replacement face wipes or other toiletries. After second night no one serviced it at all. When we had returned and changed for the last night, a maintenance guy let himself in without knocking, with a work request. We hadn't requested anything. That was startling! Yikes!

We have just undergone a management change and are making improvements to the property. One of which is they housekeeping service for stay over rooms. In the interest of the environment bedding is changed every three days unless the guest requests otherwise. I apologize that we did not fully meet your expectations

Great staff dated rooms and hotel

Posted Aug 25, 2017 on Hotels
This hotel is clean, but dated. The wifi is mediocre. The staff are EXCELLENT and as helpful as can be. I am pretty sure the bedding is 20 years old, but like I said it is CLEAN. I didn't feel like the $104 I paid was worth the room and amenities.

Cheap updates, still smelled of old smoke

Posted Aug 24, 2017
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms can be updated again, and do them right.
Location: Lots of restaurants are within walking distance, right on the main drag off the highway.
My room was in an old wing which has been updated, but cheaply. Everything was mostly clean, but the room still smelled faintly of old smoke. I arrived a little early and was turned away without a smile, or without any attempt to see if a room was ready by the manager! The staff in the restaurant was wonderful.

I am so sorry you did not receive a smile when you tried to check in early. Customer service is so important in the hospitality industry. We usually get good comments regarding our staff. I will do some further training with our staff. Thank you for your comments. Our guests input gives us areas to improve.

Not a bad little joint.

It's an older place. Affordable. Comfortable. Nice staff. Airport shuttle is a plus. Relaxed bar is also a plus.

Old and Threadbare

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Needs to be bull dozed and rebuilt.
The hotel is probably ok for working tradesmen but not for families on holiday. Not particularly clean, few amenities and everything seemed threadbare. Beds were only twin size and rooms are small.

I am not sure this review belongs to our hotel. We do not have any twin beds in our facility.
